Love to Nick. Heartbroken. Appreciate all the music you put me on to and for being such a genuine chill guy who gave me and my hectic self the time of day. I booked Nick multiple times to DJ and always came through with the heat and purpose. Thoughts to his wife, family and friends, he will be greatly missed. Trips to Soho will never be the same. I was delighted when Nick turned up to mine and @tri3halewis's 40th and he even got to meet my pops. Love to @marshmello7s in the pic too. RIP Nick Williams. by @chris_p_cuts

Listen back to November's @sohoradio show where I was lucky enough to have @bastienkeb in the studio talking about his new LP on @firstwordrecords called 'Ghouls.'

Was an insight into an elusive artists craft and what went into the record. 'Ghouls' is available now on streaming and vinyl. Check out First Words bandcamp or a record shop near you and to get it.

Chris P Cuts still remembers the moment it all clicked. “I got Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check by Busta Rhymes from Woolworths — and that was it,” he says.

What followed was a 25-year obsession with tracing every sample, every drum break, every lifted vocal back to its source.
“I’m one of those people who has to know where every aspect of a song comes from.”

These days, the veteran DJ and musical director is just as likely to spotlight a Nottingham poet as he is a London salsa band.

New @sohoradio show, link in bio. DJing has been a long road of ups and downs but feeling like I'm on the up and new music like the @jermaineholmes vocal is helping! Packed loads into the show from new @yonimayraz to @omasta.music on the Jazz side, @florence.adooni.official to @ladynicolewray with the harmonies and loving @kidfonque's @staytruesounds vol 7 on the SA housey side of things. Snuck in some classics with Herb Martin and Logic, and being carnival Monday new dubs with @onusherwood & @slicknbobby plus a couple of garage classics and finishing with @om_unit 's Mr Fingers flip that I have been battering round the neighbourhood. Thanks for sticking with me Soho Radio. These guys are really on the up with new website and app (go get it), and theres amazing presenters and guests everyday plus we are on DAB!
