My everything!! They are why I do what I do and work as hard as I do. I am so thankful for my wife Amy, for holding down the fort while I’m at work and traveling so much. She is the heavy lifter of our family!! by @chris_solinsky

My maiden voyage with my new @traegergrills that I got for Father’s Day. Decided to jump in head first with smoked BBQ ribs. by @chris_solinsky

I love these kids! They can be crazy at times, drive me nuts at times, but they are all strong, smart, passionate, and full of personality. No matter where life leads us, home is where your family is. I am so grateful for Amy and the kids in my life and grateful God blessed me with this family!! by @chris_solinsky

Sometimes life gets busy, stressful, and crazy trying to balance working and being a parent to three kids under 6. Recently I have found myself really enjoying little moments that make it all worth it. Moments like these make it all worth it. I Love my family and thank God everyday for bringing Amy into my life and Him blessing us with these three healthy, energetic, crazy kids. #ThankyouLord by @chris_solinsky

Live your life wanting the best for yourself. A life of playing it safe will always have you falling short of your greatest potential. Don’t look back with regret, look back with amazement and wonder!!

Vow today that you will pursue nothing short of excellence.

My grandfather once said if you’re going to do something, do it right, throw your whole self into it 100% of what you’ve got, otherwise don’t do it to begin with! by @chris_solinsky

Here is proof I’m not crazy and this expression is not something I’ve made up. Very accepted where I grew up. by @chris_solinsky

I thought I would share a prayer that Ayla and I prayed the other night.
Heavenly Father, I pray with a broken heart, broken for George Floyd and his family. May you grant peace and comfort to his soul and his family. My heart is broken for the communities that are burning. My heart is broken for all the voices that are being shouted over and over shadowed by the violence and chaos getting in the way of the true message. That message being that all lives don’t matter until black lives matter. Yes, All lives DO matter, but God please help us to understand we must first uplift, empower, and protect those lives that need their voice to be heard now more than ever. My heart is broken for our country. You have blessed us to live in a place that is so unique and amazing because of all the unique and amazing people that comprise its population. You Father, created us ALL in your image to glorify you through Love. I pray that you change the heart of those that are okay with, or cannot recognize the injustices. I pray you change their heart to treat all others the way in which they would like to be treated. I thank you Father that you placed me in a family that taught this and that you placed me in a household that upheld that you judge a person by their character alone; never by the color of their skin, what they have, or where they came from. I pray that you give me and Mommy (Amy) the guidance to raise Ayla and Archer to hold this to be true as well. God give me the voice and courage to remind people to love one another as You love us, Your love is so great, unwavering, merciful, vast, peaceful, kind, and all encompassing. I pray that you heal our hearts and help us to find your love for one another. Finally, I pray that you soften the hearts of our leaders and policy makers that they hear our voices and we enact permanent change and laws to make sure this never happens again.
In Jesus Christ’s name I pray, AMEN by @chris_solinsky

Not the most glamorous run, but I’m pretty proud of it considering the resistance training buddies I had along for the ride and the not so jogging “jogging stroller”. Imagine if I had a @bobgearus I would haul. by @chris_solinsky

I will take that for a 200 lb old timer. With having a little more time on my hands I’ve been upping my running. We will see how far I get. by @chris_solinsky

Feeling very blessed because of the my beautiful wife, Amy Solinsky, and everything she does for our family. This past month we celebrated 10 years of marriage (12/5) and on Thursday (1/2) we celebrated her birthday (33). I’ve had some time to reflect on all the things Amy brings to our life. She brings love, support, guidance, stability, tenderness, she brings confidence and reassurance, she is an amazing mother to our two amazing yet challenging children. I couldn’t ask for someone better as a partner in life. We are lucky to call you ours!
Thank you for loving me and the kids. Thank you for pushing and challenging us to be better. Thank you for being there to listen to our problems and share in our joy. Thank you for the spontaneous dance parties. Thank you for all you have sacrificed for our family to make sure we have the best. Thank you for being you. I HEART YOU! 33 looks great on you and here is to many more decades of marriage. by @chris_solinsky
