Brianna Tocco, I knew from the very first day we met that you were special. I knew I had found the woman I have been praying and hoping for my whole life. God brought us together and has always been with us. I am so excited to continue to grow in both faith and love together. Thank you for pushing me to become a better man each and every day. I am striving to be the man that you so greatly deserve. I love you so much, and I can't wait to build our lives and our family together with the grace of God. Ad Maiorem Dei Gloriam

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

Thank you to all those who made this indoor season and A-10s so great. I am so thankful for all the love and support I have received over the span of this year. I really do feel so blessed to have the ability to go out and compete with my teammates, family, and most importantly, God at my side.

3 down, 2 to go!

Better later then never.
Thank you to everyone who have made my experience these past 4 years nothing short of extraordinary. From the football field, to the classroom I have made memories that will stay with me forever. Though I will miss these past 4 years, I am looking forward, to the future, for many more years of memories to be made. Oh and one last thing, 22-21 never forget.

I would like to thank all my coaches who have supported me and helped me get where I am today.
I want to thank my Mom and my Dad for sticking with me through this whole journey, and for giving me hope when I seemed to run out of it. Thank you to all my family members for coming out to support me whether it was a small meet, or a state championship. Thank you to my brothers for always pushing me to become a better athlete teaching me how to stay motivated in order to achieve a goal. And most importantly thank you to God for blessing me with all that I have, and for never leaving my side in times of struggle or frustration. I would have not been able to do this if not for all that He has done for myself and my family.
I am happy to announce that I am continuing my academic and athletic career at
The University of Rhode Island

Many of you will not read this but I give anyone who does my respect and thanks for doing so.

If you told me 4 years ago that I would have earned this scholarship for throwing shot put and discus, I would have laughed and asked you to explain what those were. I had no idea what shot put was until my dad explained to me freshman year that he threw in highschool as well as my grandpa. I was first introduced to track freshman year, because I knew I wasn't going to try out for the basketball team. My dad said I should try throwing for the track team. With only a couple of youtube videos of shot put under my belt, and no experience what so ever, I went out for the team. After winter was over, I tried out for the baseball team like I was planning to since elementary school. But the following year, winter track came around again after a great football season, and I finish 5th in the county. I never thought I would be able to get to that point, and that is what first made me think about pursuing spring track instead of baseball. It was a very hard decision but I finally made the switch to track and I haven't looked back since. In 4 years, I have went from not knowing what shotput was, to holding multiple school records, and having the privilege of earning a Division 1 scholarship. taken in University of Rhode Island Rams by @chris_tav

It's been one crazy season. Even though this season was cut short, it will still live in my memory for the rest of my life. I know that I can say, with meaning, that this has been the best season of any sport that I have had the privilege of being a part of. And I owe that to all my brothers who sacrificed so much coming out and committing their time to this game, but I especially owe this experience to the seniors. I want to thank them for taking me in, and helping in making the change from playing freshman football one year, and being a varsity starter the next. Without them, I don't know what I would have done. They have taught me how to be a better football player, but most importantly, how to be a better man. That is something that I will never forget.
From the bottom of my heart guys, I honestly couldn't have asked for better teammates, and role models to play alongside with.
These next two years are for you guys. taken in Morris Knolls High School by @chris_tav
