On track at #cremonacircuit today testing the Lamborghini Huracan GT3... And running some hot laps with passengers in our trofeo Huracan. Lots of fun, good way to spend a Tuesday before flying back to Bangkok this afternoon. by @chris_van_der_drift

World Finals Victory!

After a rough run in race 1 yesterday we dominated the race today, taking the last ever pole position and race victory in the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 2 before they move to the next generation.

It's been a long week for the mechanics but we got there in the end and showed everyone what we are made of!

Thanks very much to the team at VSR for a bullet proof racecar throughout the entire 2026 season, our sponsors and supporters. It's been great to have you on this journey.

I've loved racing back in Europe again as most my career was here it brings back a lot of good memories.

Monza Qualifying & Race 1

Awesome to get underway and secure another overall pole position and victory number 11 on the trot.

Love being back at the temple of speed, once again the team did an amazing job and my man Todd was outstanding in his qualy session.

We are on target for the World Finals where the fun begins!

Let's bring on race 2

Not a bad qualifying for us P2 for me overall and P1 for Chris overall, and our VSR sister pro car is P1 and P2. So VSR front row for both of our Asia round races. Race 1 starts in the next hour. Little but of time to look at data and get ready for the race. by @chris_van_der_drift

Back at home🇮🇹🏁

It's time for the final round of Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia, and we're excited to be racing at Monza, here in our home country of Italy!

Yesterday's Collective Test saw a mix of wet and dry conditions. We kept our running limited, but both #206 and #298 showed good pace and we're happy with how things are looking.

Looking forward to an exciting weekend ahead!

MONZA! Last round of the year, what a crazy year it's been. Today is qualifying and race 1 of round 6. First of 4 races over the next 4 days. We haven't had much practice running vs the others (Europe and America), our sessions have always been raining unfortunately. Anyway, we'll turn it on for quali and the races. Let's go. by @chris_van_der_drift

Race 1 was washed out, so unfortunately we only got Race 2 in. Hopefully they replay Race 1 for us at Monza.

Race 2 was dramatic to say the least. There was a big crash at the start, but thankfully everyone involved was OK.

We lost a few spots during the first stint and unfortunately the setup seemed to work against us. The car developed both understeer and oversteer and it was really difficult to get the speed out of it. We had mega traction and pace in the wet through all the practice sessions, but as soon as the sun came out for qualifying and the race, the car was completely different and much more difficult to drive.

After the pit stops we came out P3 in class. There was an early Safety Car during my stint and on the restart I got a mega run out of the last corner and decided to go for the Turn 1 send.

It was definitely a send 😂 but way too late and way too far off line.

Looking at the data afterwards, I was around 30 metres past the normal braking point and hit 169kg of brake pressure — normally our maximum is around 125kg. Full send. I wanted to try it, but obviously didn’t quite pull it off 😂

I struggled with the car for the rest of the stint and we brought it home P3 in class.

A frustrating weekend in some ways because I really felt we had the pace to fight for the win, but there were also a lot of things I learned personally that I can work on and build from going forward.

No win this weekend, but plenty learned and plenty to take away from it. Onto the next one. 💪

We really could have raced yesterday, GTWC did in worse conditions, but the officials are being ******** about some rain that cleared by what would have been the pit stop window. And yesterday they declared today too wet to race for anyone before 2pm today, because of the forecast, and low and behold it's fucking sunny out, but they told everyone yesterday no running after 2pm because of forecasted storms, another jump the gun bullshit announcement by these ******. Should have told everyone to be ready at the track for 9 in case it's good to run and we could get our race 1 in, but now no one is ready and we will only get race 2 and race 1 will remain cancelled. #incompetence by @chris_van_der_drift

Qualifying all finished, car setup went away from us unfortunately, we both struggled with traction bur overall our results are not terrible. Race this afternoon is what matters, focus on going forward. by @chris_van_der_drift
