I treated myself this morning to the infamous new French bakery, Sable Boulangerie in Gilbert, AZ. I was second in line at 4:05 a.m. Was it worth the wait? Yes. Would I do it all the time? No. But it was oh so delicious! I am going to savor everything I got.
For those of you who are wondering, I got a Pan Suisse, Pan au Chocolat, Flan Vanilla, and a Blueberry tart.

This week has had its ups and downs. And yet today, I got up, went for my walk, and started the day with my chin up, knowing this day has to be better.
