GOD IS PURSUING YOU

So often we emphasize our pursuit after God, when the truth is, from Genesis to Revelation, the biblical pattern has always been God’s pursuit after us

This shift actually brings us to place where we can enjoy God, rest in God, and receive from God

My heart in sharing this is not to make you causal in your pursuit after Jesus, but to recognize that God has initiated first and we are to follow His lead

You cannot earn God’s love
You cannot do enough to live a life pleasing to God
You cannot do this by yourself

Jesus loves you
Jesus has made a way for you
You need Jesus more than you know

Make it a point today that when you present yourself before God, to know you are LOVED, to know you are DESIRED, and to know that God is ENJOYING this time together more than you
