Last week, our X10 Black players stepped into the film room with X10 Black coach and Jacksonville University Head Coach @jgalloway15 🥍🎥

Using drone footage from training, Coach Galloway helped players build their lacrosse IQ and see the game from a new perspective. He also shared the mental and physical traits it takes to play at the next level.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the session. The goal is to take what we learn on film and apply it on the field.

🥍 X10 JACKSONVILE FALL SKILL TRAINING SERIES

Five weeks of high-level training focused on stickwork, shooting, dodging, defense, ground balls and footwork.

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 5:30–7:00 PM
📍 Landrum Middle School
👥 Boys ages 9–15

Meet Coach Chris Bocklet

Current PLL Coach for the California Redwoods.

Coach Bocklet was a three-time All-American and NCAA National Champion at the University of Virginia, finishing his career as one of the top five goal scorers in program history.

At the professional level, Chris was a 2013 MLL All-Star, led the league in goals, and finished as the runner-up for Offensive Player of the Year. He later won an MLL Championship with the Denver Outlaws before finishing his playing career with Chrome LC of the Premier Lacrosse League.

In 2021, Inside Lacrosse named Chris the sport’s Most Inspiring Athlete.
