Your depression might be a purpose problem. 🐕

Ask any dog trainer about a “bad” dog and the first question is always: do you walk him?

A dog without a job acts out. Gets anxious. Destroys the house. Not because something’s wrong with him — because he’s not doing what he was built to do.

You’re no different.

If you feel lost, off, restless, like you’re acting like someone you don’t recognize… maybe nothing’s wrong with you. Maybe you just haven’t found your work yet.

Don’t give up. Keep searching. Your purpose is out there.

Stay True ♠️

💬 What’s the “walk” you’ve been skipping?

🔖 Save this for the day you feel off. by @chrisbrobyhansen

Go out to eat by yourself. I promise it’ll change your life.

Sunday Reflections 🙏

I used to think people who did things alone were crazy. Now it’s my favorite day of the week.

Church. Steak. Solo. Self-care Sunday.

When’s the last time you spent quality time with just you? 👇

Nobody wants to admit this — but we all judge. Every single day.

Sunday Reflections 9 🙏

I catch myself doing it constantly. Comparing. Putting myself on a pedestal. Looking down on people. But the same grace I was given, I need to give to others.

Stay True.♠️

God told me to quit smoking weed. I didn’t want to hear it.

Sunday Reflections 7 🙏

I justified it. I was in the cannabis business. God made marijuana, right?

But that voice inside knew. You already know what yours is — you don’t need me to tell you.

What’s blocking you from your full potential? 👇

Control is the illusion. You were never in control anyway.

Sunday Reflections 6 🙏

Your anxiety isn’t a sign to grip tighter — it’s a sign to release.

Surrender to win.

Drop a 🙏 if you needed to hear this today.
