Hard work, work 📢 🎶
These 2 weeks back to training (slow pase) after some time off from working out has really felt nice 💪🏾 body is responding well and Im adding on more calories along with more weights as each week goes.

I've finally reached some type of "weight goal" at 65kgs (145lbs) and I haven't been this low since a very rough weightcut in 2019 - and before that, not since I was like 17-18 years old 😂😵
But I wanted to see how my body could push down the weight after I gained so much excessive weight last year.. Especially at this age! And Im surprised at how good Im feeling right now tbh!!
Im not hitting any PB's right now (😂) but Im feeling strong, agile and HEALTHY if anything!
And nobody can tell me otherwise 💋

What a packed night of fights we had yesterday!! I watched livefights from 18-05 pretty much 😂😴 Cant argue against the time of the fights during Riyadh Season tho 👏🏽 and these fights had some HUGE storylines!!

@criscyborg returning at fuckin 39 years of age and becoming the true (and only) real lineal champion!! Having belts in Invicta, Strikeforce, UFC, Bellator and now PFL 👏🏽👏🏽 Muitto parabens Cris!! 🌹

@francisngannou went out there and became the world champion (that he is) in dramatic fashion as usual! But having to overcome the hardest battles leading into the fight! With the 2 big losses in Boxing, where one loss was pretty devastating! And on top of that going thru the loss of his son ... Congratz Champ, I hope this win for your son did SOMETHING for you at least, we all loved to see you win last night 🙏🏽

@ilovebamf went CRAZY on Michel !! That was a starmaking performance IMO! A top 15 win, pretty much a 50-40 card if it had went to decision which is INSANE 😵 Fluffy broke records like Most takedowns attempted in MW history! Biggest striking differential in MW history, and Most groundstrikes ever in a MW fight!

219-29 strikes is outta this world!! 97-0 in groundstrikes 🤯 pure pure domination, from such a cool dude! He deserves every second of it 🫡 I hope he gets a BIG top 10 fight next!! At least like a Dolidze!! Fluffy will make EFFECTIVE GRAPPLING great again, just watch!

The world can and WILL be what you make of it!
It can either be your oyster, heaven or your hell..

CHAAAAAMAAA 🗿🏹🇧🇷👑
He fuckin did it again 👏🏽

I've watched this fight like 5 times already since yesterday!! Every factor that made this fight even happen is just INSANE. 2 weeks notice, 2 broken toes, on a tour in AUSTRALIA, in perfect shape, even cutting like 30lbs AND puttin his TITLE on the line!!

I dont think people actually grasp how crazy that is!
I was certain that Alex was gonna win, but not THAT dramatic 😱 muito muito parabens campeon!! 🏆

And Im once again so fuckin hyped that he is getting the shine he deserves!! Within 3 years Alex has gone from being called "the guy that knocked out Izzy in kickboxing" to being a cardsaver both on ufc 300 and now 303!! Even wanting to be on 301 😂 when the irish nugget doesn't wanna fight with his broken pinkytoe, Alex does it with 2 broken toes 😂 love it.
