Back in December, @elliottmuscat and I had the idea for this video, but at that point this lake was frozen over, and we were forced to put it on hold. Spring came, we grabbed @spennyb123 , headed up north and finally got it done. Glad we didn’t rush to get a different video made, cause I really love this one. Hope you do too.

Things are always changing, but this past year was truly a pivotal one for me. So many new experiences, new lessons. Feels like a new life. That’s why I wanted to kick off 2025 with a cover of this beautiful song by @nemahsis . Sometimes the transformations are internal.

Old Body New Mind video out now. Song available everywhere at midnight.

Reflection is out. Feels cathartic. Jason really pushed me out of my comfort zone with this one, like you’d hope a good producer would. And he’s a great one. This song was a moment of intense honesty at a time in my life where I was pushing a lot of my feelings aside, and I’m thankful it served as an outlet for me. Maybe it can now be one for somebody else in need of a wake up call. Who knows. Hope you like it.

A song that took many iterations to reach its final form. Thanks as always to @jandreamos for not only producing this with me, but also convincing me to play a 3 minute long guitar solo lol. If it’s too long for you, take it up with him. Also had help from some other talented friends on this one. @jimmynguyenmusic on the organ, and @jadenspanier on the drums. And thanks to @chrisstiliadis for letting us use his spot to record the drums. Leave a comment and let me know if you make it to the end. I know 6 and a half minutes is not what moves the needle these days. But it moved me, so maybe it’ll do the same for you. Thanks for listening 💜 by @chrisgodfrey__

So far this year, it’s been mostly acoustic-leaning tracks from me. Time to switch it up. Won’t You Say at midnight 🎸 by @chrisgodfrey__

At one point, I was messing around and tried pitching down my last song, Drifting. It gave it a real woozy feeling, and I actually kinda loved it that way, so decided to put that out as an alternate version. Drifting Down at midnight by @chrisgodfrey__

What I really love about this song is that it feels just like the lyrics to me. It’s about setting out on a journey. About looking around and feeling proud of yourself for going. Feeling scared of where you are. Surrendering to the idea that you might not be able to go the whole way alone. Whatever that journey might be for you, I think this song might fit into it somewhere. Here are some visuals to drift away to. Or drift off to. Or drift into. Shot by @elliottmuscat by @chrisgodfrey__
