Such a brilliant night last week celebrating The Real Rooneys on @disneyplusuk ✨

A huge thank you to my lovely friends at @disneyparksuk for having me. I had such a great evening catching up with everyone and getting to watch the first episode with @coleen_rooney & @waynerooney.

It’s genuinely really funny, warm and entertaining (and so well shot), and they both come across exactly as they did in person. Their kids are stars too. @sianwelby did a brilliant job chatting to them on stage as ever as well.

I’m now very ready to binge the rest, especially the Disneyland Paris episode. We were all away at the same time in Paris - well, it was the opening. 😝 So….I just happened to be there at the same time they were filming, so I’m intrigued to see if I accidentally make a very glamorous two-second appearance in the background. 😂🏰

Was so lovely to hang out with the gorgeous Gemma who I met on a Disneyland Paris trip as well, and I dead chuffed with my new cap with my initials on. 😆

This weekend I had my first spooky time at ShocktoberFest and it was SO SO good. 🎃👻

What I loved most was how immersive and grounded in reality ALL the mazes felt. Incredible sets, lighting, sound, props and brilliant actors, with so much detail everywhere you looked. Some seriously clever design snd props. And they were HUGE. Every time I thought we must be near the end, there was apparently another whole section waiting to terrify us. 😂 My fav was the tractor ride which just has to be seen to be believed. What do you think of the chainsaw guy? 👀

The whole night was brilliantly organised too, with loads going on between the mazes and such a good atmosphere.

Absolutely loved it. Already want to go back to @tulleys_shock. 🎃 Thank you for the invite @edhopkinspr. I’ll whack a little reel up soon too.

Thank you too to @greggs_official for the hottest sausage roll ever.

Hay Fever opening night on the West End starring Christine Baranski and Richard E. Grant. A superb performance from both of them. Such a funny play. A must-see show where the whole cast is superb. Seeing this is now a core memory for me. @hayfeverplay by @chrisgolds

I’m aware I’m just trying to get through life at the moment (aren’t we all) and as much as I take stock of why that is there were bursts of joy in September. I’m trying to do a little bit less and being a little more mindful of how I spend my time… although these 20 photos might suggest otherwise 😂

Highlights include: Lots of time at home with friends and family, plenty of telly, a few nights out and some lovely moments in between.

A random trip to Blackpool, a night out in London seeing Jane McDonald, fun in Sussex, some work wins, The Real Rooneys premiere (more on that to come), finally getting the roof fixed on my Tesla and casually having my face burnt off (results to follow 👀).

Catching up with dear friends, celebrating the legend that is @suntatempleton, seeing my two fav drags on my own, a lovely Lunch at the Ivy, and making time for some of the people who get me through to the next month.

TWELVE YEARS! 🤭💃🏻

Celebrating a decade plus VAT at @global today. I only realised when an email popped up from the team to say thank you. ❤️ 1st September 2014 was day one!

It’s not just about the best job, the experiences, the places I’ve been or broadcast from, the stories I’ve told, or the people I’ve interviewed. For me, it’s all about the people.

My friends and colleagues make every day what it is. They are the best of Global. There are far too many people to fit into one little Insta post (and sorry to everyone I’ve missed), but these are just some of the people who have become some of my best friends in the whole world, all because we happened to walk through those big doors in Leicester Square.

Swipe for proof to the that I’ve always loved a microphone. 🎤 Just a handful of pictures to cover 4380 days at Global. 🤭 From my first freelance shift in the travel centre to presenting the news every morning on the biggest commercial breakfast show in the country… what a ride.

Had the best time at @fallbarrowhall with @emmiebthere and the whole team at @hnmagazine1. One of the best places I’ve ever partied (and relaxed). Plus is there anywhere more stunning than the Lake District?

Such a fabulous night with the Universal Parks team at @thetraitorslive. A very clever concept and well executed. Can’t believe I was a winning faithful and got through to the end. 🫨 Such a great group and everyone played so well. Plus I got to meet some new friends. Thrilled I got a pic with my certificate as I left it at @wearebunga90 and despite their best efforts to recover it - it was left forever. Bunga was an absolute tonic as well - I want that Spice Girls poster!
