POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

9 years ago I walked into Shark Tank asking for $100,000 for 10% of my company.

I was six months in.

At that point, Ice Shaker had done about $80,000 in sales.

So we went in trying to raise at a $1 million valuation. Some people thought it was too much. Some thought it was too little.

But I stayed focused on the task at hand.

We had a deal to close.

With the help of my brothers, we put together an awesome pitch that got the Sharks excited.

Mr. Wonderful made the first offer, offering 100k for a 20% stake.

Then, Alex Rodriguez and Mark Cuban teamed up and made a joint offer, where we closed at $150,000 for 15%.

I didn’t go into Shark Tank for the money. It wasn’t about the 150k.

It was about the mentorship and guidance I would get from the Sharks.

And boy did it pay off. taken in Southlake, Texas by @chrisgronkowski

#DKSPartner We’re going shopping @dickshouseofsport. The DICK’S House of Sport in Arlington is now open! We checked out the insane collection of baseball and football gear and stopped by the Cage to try out some new bats. On the way out, we finished off strong by swinging by the Collector’s Clubhouse for some trading cards. DICK’S House of Sport has you covered for everything sports-related. by @chrisgronkowski
