Had a little visitor on my terrace this morning. He didn’t stay long but I was delighted to see him at all. I moved him near the plants where he spent a little time climbing and exploring in the dappled sunlight. “Across many cultures and traditions, seeing a praying mantis is widely considered a sign of good luck, fortune, and a positive omen. Their prayer-like posture and calm stillness have led people around the world to associate them with peace, mindfulness, and divine protection” #prayingmantis #goodfortune #californiamantis #manifest #mindfulness taken in Marina del Rey, California by @chrisott1

Being a Mom to this beautiful soul is a privilege I never take for granted. Happy Mother’s Day to all my favorite mothers out there. I hope your day was as lovely as mine was, and that you too were surrounded by warmth and love 💕 taken in Marina del Rey, California by @chrisott1

Indy is not happy with @traciparkforla a supposedly empathetic politician who pretends to care for district 11 and its residents in Marina del Rey. How can @traciparkforla close down our very special daycare @healthyspotwest on a zoning technicality? @healthyspotwest has been opened for 15 years serving our community’s pet parents and are a vital resource to us all especially now as we return to the office! We love @healthyspotwest and all the caring team members who work there and care for our pets who will lose their jobs! We beg you @traciparkforla to reconsider this very arbitrary decision that affects so many of us in the Marina and surrounding areas. Do the right thing @traciparkforla and allow @healthyspotwest to continue operating their daycare. Show us @traciparkforla that you really care about the residents in your district. taken in Marina del Rey, California by @chrisott1

Xmas gift to self completed! Really enjoy the relaxing focus that Legoing brings. Like being in a trance, followed by the sense of accomplishment from something so basic as building with instructions . 😻 by @chrisott1
