Success = Genetics + Hard Work💪🏾

A lot of people really be forgetting about the hard work part of the equation..

Success is finding something that you excel at in life, and working extremely hard at it.
(The environment you stay around and the opportunity's near you also play a huge role)

You don't have to workout at a gym to get in decent shape. You don't have to run or do bodyweight exercises to be active.
Just find something that you particularly enjoy that also gets your body moving..
(Swimming, biking, hiking, etc)

I'm not the best calisthenics athlete and I may never become one of the best, but that doesn't drive my motivation.
I do calisthenics simply because it's fun to me.

I didn't just wake up one day and start doing handstands with minimal effort.
3+ years of real effort has gotten me here, and hopefully I'll go many more!🥹
