30 Years, it’s crazy I feel so old and young at the same time.

It’s crazy that spent my entire 20’s with the love of my life @teddygraham97 and now the 2 of us have become 3. I’m so happy to have such a wonderful and cute little daughter and beautiful caring wife. I can’t wait for all our adventures. Here’s to another year, I keep hearing that the 30’s are a lot of people’s favorites and that’s just what I’ll find out now. by @chrisryan

I asked my bestfriend to marry me on August 4th 2018, on stage with our favorite band @motionlessinwhite and now exactly 8 years later on the same date 08/04 we will be seeing them again. I know it’s not that big of a deal but to me it was a sign. Our song is eternally yours. I love you @teddygraham97 by @chrisryan

What makes 2016 the best year of my life, it’s the year I met the love of my life, my wife, the most amazing person I’ve ever met and who I’m so thankful everyday to be apart of her life. A decade ago we met online. She flew to Florida to meet me and we spent 2 weeks together, a month apart and then I flew out to Oregon and we’ve been together ever since. 11/11/2016 we started dating. 11/11/2022 we got married and every day I’m thankful to have her as my wife, my partner, my baby mama, my bestfriend. So thank you 2016 for everything that you were! by @chrisryan

2016, was one of the best years, summers and times of my life. Filled with many hair colors, vans warped tour, friends, realizing it wasn’t fun wearing skinny jeans in 90° Florida humid weather and touring the country. Will always remember this year as one of the most pivotal and memorable ones 🤘🏻❤️ by @chrisryan

The second you were born I felt so much joy. I knew in that moment that I will be your protector for my entire life and that I’ll always do everything for you. I cried seeing you and looking back at your mom and knowing that the little life we created was finally here. I was so proud of @teddygraham97 and so happy that the anticipation that had been building for 9 months, especially in the last couple weeks had all lead up to this. You. My child, my daughter, my little girl. I love you Starlette by @chrisryan

After almost 23 hours of labor and 5.5 hours of straight pushing our baby Starlette came into the world ! It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had done in my life but now it’s all worth it after seeing her face! We love her so much 💗

My birth story:

August 31st my water broke at 3:30am so I woke Chris up and let him know and we got to the hospital around 4:30 and got into our labor & delivery room around 5am, I just waited to progress naturally for a few hours and then around 2pm my contractions got worse so I used laughing gas until I was 6cm around 6pm that night! Contractions started getting really bad so I got an epidural and that was super hard for me and hurt a lot honestly lol. I then relaxed for a few more hours and at 10pm they told me I was ready to push! I got set up and started pushing around 11:30pm. Unfortunately for me 2 hours into pushing my epidural failed/wore off and I felt everything, I was having really bad back labor and that was the worst. I ended up pushing for 5.5 hours total. Super insane but I didn’t want any interventions even though at the 3 & 4 hour mark my doctor reminded me of my options and saying I could get a vacuum or C-section to get her out. After 5 hours my doctor told me she’d give me 30 more minutes of pushing before we had to make another choice to get her out. 20 min went by still with no luck and she finally said “okay last contraction and last set of pushing “ and that was all the motivation I needed I guess because with my very last push I was able to get her out 🥹💗 they got her out and noticed they had Chris cut her cord fast and had to take her to the table, apparently she had her cord around her neck and also got some fluid in her, at least 15 nurses came in the room to help the baby. But we shortly heard her loud cries and knew she was okay, they put her back on my chest and she turned out to be a happy healthy baby after that💗🫶🏻 I was in so much shock from pain and such a long delivery but I was so glad the hardest part was over. Chris and my mom were by my side the whole time and gave me the motivation and love to keep going 🫶🏻 by @chrisryan

A couple days ago our new journey as parents began 💗💫 our little family is complete ! I’ll post my birth story soon, it was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do but I’m so happy our baby girl is here healthy and safe taken in The Columbia Gorge by @chrisryan
