Te amo Mexico. My favorite thing to do is to go places where I’ve never been. 🇲🇽

There are seasons when life asks us to travel lighter, though we had imagined keeping everything. The road grows quiet; we learn to hear our own footsteps again.

And somehow, a smile remains. Even after a long winter, there is still something in us that turns toward the sun.

Not too long ago, Atlas Method was just an idea. @atlasmethodapp

The idea was ambitious from the beginning: what if I could combine everything I actually use to manage my life and fitness into one place? Training, nutrition, AI, wearables, recovery, time management, scheduling, accountability, community — instead of jumping between five different apps every day.

I didn’t work 24/7. I didn’t disappear from the world. I just decided that if I was going to do it, I was going to really fucking do it.

In 17 days, I went from a demo/beta version to building the product, registering the LLC, setting up the business, going through Apple’s review process, getting rejected, fixing the problems, resubmitting — and finally getting approved.

There were plenty of moments where it would’ve been easier to say, “I’ll finish it later.”

But those 17 days reminded me how much is actually possible when you stop waiting for the perfect moment and completely lock in.

An idea became a company.
A prototype became a product.
And something I wanted for myself became something I can now share with everyone.

Atlas Method AI is officially LIVE on the App Store. 🚀

Happy birthday to my friend Nevin — a true Sinatra fan and an even better friend. @nevindewar

I wanted to make you something that means more than anything I could buy, so I painted this for you. Your friendship means more to me than words can say, and I’m grateful for every year, every memory, and everything still ahead.

Happy birthday, brother. 🥃🎶

The best is yet to come.

There’s something different about making it from scratch.

Fresh homemade linguine, garlic butter, white wine, sweet clams, and just enough time and patience to let simple ingredients do the work. No shortcuts—just authentic flavors and a meal worth slowing down for.

Sometimes the best dishes aren’t found in restaurants. They’re made at home.
