Happy Birthday to my big guy. ❤️

Thank you for always hesitating before you tell me no… because we both know that usually means I’ve still got a pretty good chance. 😂 Thank you for putting up with my crazy ideas, my “just trust me” moments, and all the things I somehow manage to talk you into.

But more than anything, thank you for knowing me so well and somehow loving me even more. For being the steady to my chaos, the voice of reason when I’m already ten steps ahead, and the person I know will always be right there beside me.

Please continue to take care of yourself. Because when you’re 90 and I’m 81 🤭we’ll have been together for over 60 years, and I still want to come to the mountains with you, and dance in front of a sunset like we have nowhere else to be. 🥹

Really proud of both of my sons-in-law for graduating paramedic school through the Cherokee County Fire Dept. I know it was a long 18 months between working their shifts, school and clinicals but they did it! 💙 by @chrissy2678

Happy 27th birthday to my favorite son. 🤭❤️

It has always amazed me watching you grow up, but it’s even more amazing seeing the man you are today. Your strong will, self-awareness, contentment, compassion, meekness, patience, self-discipline, and humility are just a few of the things I admire most about you.

You’ve always known what you wanted and somehow figured out how to make it happen—while staying true to yourself and doing what you love. You don’t need what everyone else has or feel the need to follow what everyone else is doing. You’ve always just quietly made your own way, and I love that about you.

I am so incredibly proud of who you are and the man you’ve become. I hope you always know how much I admire you and love you, how proud I am to be your mom, and how much I will always want the very best for you. I will always be your biggest fan.

🏡 SOLD! 🖤✨

Congratulations to my client—not just for another successful closing, but for the amount of hard work, determination, and hustle he continues to put into everything he does. Watching his success grow has been so rewarding, and I’m grateful that he continues to trust me with his real estate needs time and time again.

This home went under contract in just ONE DAY, and I truly believe presentation played a huge part in that. A big thank you to my favorite @locally.staged for staging this home absolutely perfectly. 🤍 She has such a gift for making a space feel warm, intentional, and memorable the moment a buyer walks through the door.

And that’s the thing about real estate—it really does take a team.

Happy 29th Birthday to my first baby girl… my mini-me! ❤️

The day you were born, you didn’t just make me a mommy… you made me want to be a better person. You gave my life a whole new purpose, and I will never be able to put into words how much you changed me for the better.

You have always been up for all of my crazy ideas… face painting, costumes, decorating, designing, or whatever random project I dream up next. 😂

Somehow we end up matching without even trying, and let’s be real… our love for animal print is definitely genetic. 🐆

My favorite part of having a mini-me, though? Is when people ask if we’re sisters. 😉

More than anything, I’m so proud of WHO you are. Your faith, your values, your strength, your contagious smile, your beauty, and the way you love people in your own little way. You have a light about you that draws people in.

If I could give you one gift today, it would be for you to see yourself through my eyes and through the eyes of everyone who loves you. I wish you could see just how special, beautiful, and incredible you truly are.
