I’m very privileged to work with the team I work with at @yesa.inc. (Young Entrepreneurs Sales Academy).

We provide effective mentorship and training for young people who are trying to achieve success in their careers and in today’s world.

“Growing up” is a challenge. And not just through childhood or teen years, but well into adulthood. There is ZERO roadmap provided to our youth on how to build a life they actually enjoy living, and how to live up to their true potential.

They are constantly hit with so many different, confusing viewpoints.

“Get a degree”. But... then what?
“Travel, you’re only young once.” But, what if I fall behind?
“Skip travel, just get to work!” But what if I miss out on other experiences?
“Make money!” HOW?
“Start a family.” How can I even afford that?
“Build your career.” But how do I balance that with family? And what should I do?
“Family first” But how do I progress at work, so that I can take care of my family… if I don’t prioritize work?
“Hustle!” But what about work-life balance?

The list goes on…. And on… With all that in their ear, it’s no wonder they often end up confused and going nowhere fast.

My platform as Mrs Canada @intlpageants is what we do at YESA - facilitate our youth gaining real-life, real world skills that truly help them to not only succeed in life, but THRIVE.

That doesn’t just mean at work - but also in their personal lives, because if you are winning in one area, but losing in another... you aren’t really winning.

Through my work with @yesa.inc where I am the newly appointed President, formerly Chief of Staff, we train and educate young, aspiring entrepreneurs. We teach them:

How to choose the right mentor
How to blueprint their life and success
Sales and communication
Conflict Resolution
Goal setting and target attainment
How to choose the right circle
Personal relationship navigation
And more…

With the right mentors, the right ethics and the right information - the world is yours.

We have 150 staff and counting - the future is bright and we are just getting started. 💪📈

A tribute to my exceptional father Ian Brown who passed away in November unexpectedly.

First, if you met my dad at any point I’d love for you to leave a comment on something you appreciated about him.

I’ll say “is” below, not “was” - the spirit never dies.

To know my dad is to know what a kind, artistic, funny, loving, fierce and powerful being he is. An actor, former world traveling rugby player, artist, business owner, natural leader, intellect, humanitarian, adventurer and more. But most importantly a best friend, beloved BEST father, and adored, doting husband. The North Star for my family.

He set an example of what true love and friendship is with my mom. Patience, fun, kindness, teamwork, being best friends. I learned that a happily-ever-after was real from watching them. They made the honeymoon phase last 33 years. This kind of love never dies. I know it will continue always and they’ll meet again.

He supported us through every endeavour. Always encouraging expansion and artistry. He built from nothing and operated a very successful business, with my mom and brother at his side that made everything possible for us as a family. I would never be close to where I am without my dad’s unrelenting support and guidance.

All that he did, he did for the love of his family and for the promise of a bright future. My family has always been very close, we’re BEST friends and it started with my dad - who is the true definition of a friend. “What a true friend does: for one they stand up for one, give him counsel, they help him in adversity, they safeguard his reputation, won’t hear ill of him, share his triumphs, ignore his faults.” - LRH. That’s my dad through and through.

Thank you dad. I love you infinitely, I know it’s not actually goodbye, just an intermission. ❤️ But gosh we miss you so much. And PS - I chose this song as my dad showed it to me years ago, he loved it and thought I would too. He was right & it’s the perfect song for his care for his family and friends. by @christa.littlechild
