Watching you Ashley at your CSUN Honors Convocation was surreal for me. All day driving I kept seeing you in your little Preschool graduation cap and gown from Hollywood Rec Center and not knowing back then just how phenomenal of an adult you would become. I realized what an amazing human being and strong, resilient, determined young lady you have become… you never settle and you work so hard to reach your goals. Today is proof! I always knew you’d do great things and you have. I’d have to write all night to list them all. I could not be more proud of you…. baby girl of mine… cannot wait to see what you’ll do next Ashley Ray!! I love you with all my heart and soul my angel baby. by @christeltk

🪽💙 Coming into the house without you today was one of the hardest things I’ve done in a very long time. In the short time that I was blessed to take care of you and share kisses and cuddles you gave me unconditional love. It was enough love to last a lifetime. When I met you, you were just three weeks old, I immediately fell in love. You made it through so much and we just recently learned you were going to get to keep your eye. It was so hard to see you go through everything you have and keep fighting. Specialists, vets, and meds in such a short time. I know you’re in Heaven now. I’ll always cherish this memory when you found your bark and barked at me for the first time! So many memories and precious moments that I’m so grateful to have… you were a feisty little man and I miss you so much! Kashy miss you so much too. There wasn’t a second that went by that he wasn’t protecting you. He literally thought you were his baby. I love you forever my baby Finn 💙 Finn Little 2/18/26-5/9/26 💙💙💙 Finn was diagnosed last Tuesday, May 5 with COMS Caudal Occipital Malformation Syndome and hydrocephalus. It’s a Chiari-like malformation (which I had and had neurosurgery to correct). Finn was not so lucky and had a nasal csf leak start that day and he got so much better and started playing and be rowdy like normal but by Friday when the leak started again, he didn’t recover and it was devastating. My heart is broken for him. He was my little man during a time I needed him most. I love you baby Finn 💙 by @christeltk

Whoa… 2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣6️⃣ I was looking into the 2016 trend today. I’m a bit amazed at how the life changes I’ve made are working out for me! No soda since April 2013, being a devout pescatarian for 5 years sadly didn’t work for me and I elevated my cholesterol by replacing protein with carbs… now I drink lots of water (usually sparkling), I eat low carb/ higher protein, love my Trader Joe’s. I’ve used the “lose it” app for three years and have a 758 daily logging streak. I don’t use it for weight loss so much anymore since I’ve lost the 20lbs I had gained during covid… it’s more of keeping an eye on my macros. Skin info… I think I’m aging slower from the inside out. I tried 20 units of Xeomin January of 2024 and it didn’t work for me, drooped an eyelid (thanks Ehlers Danlos); so I only rely on Amazon EnaSkin Retinol, hydrologized collagen peptides powder, ballet, red light and eating healthy. With EDS I lack collagen and I’m feeling it in my joints but refuse to stop dancing… we’ll see how I’m doing in 2036 when there’s a 2026 trend!! Lol. I’ve been using Planet Fitness red light and vibrashape a couple times a week since 2022. It works! I’d say that is the safest start for people like myself with health issues. I feel I was able to go back to ballet in 2024 due to the benefits of the vibrashape feature for sure. Despite being genetically predisposed and now prediabetic I’m looking forward to getting new bloodwork tomorrow. I’m still dancing and walking on the treadmill. I’m happy with those physical activities for mind/ body. I wish I could do more but with having POTS and my heart medication doing its job (and at my age) I’m happy right where I’m at.
