Please find out the following points before every partnering with anyone in your industry.

I hear too many horror stories on a daily basis about deals going wrong, JV’s going wrong, and people losing money.

You can save yourself from problems by taking an extra step, and asking a few questions. by @christianhiggins

Here’s how you can easily get inbound buyers added themself to your list.

✅1. Create a webform link & connect it to your crm.

✅2. Create & add questions that you want to know about your buyers

✅3. Advertise that link in high traffic areas!
(I like Facebook & in my email campaigns)

✅4. DOUBLE Qualify that buyer after they submit their info. (You’ll get some wholesalers trying to sneak in there) by @christianhiggins

PLEASE DON’T DO THIS!

Make it easier, and let your buyer have more confidence in doing business with you.

Through trust, transparency & professionalism.

Take the extra time to put together all the information in 1 place. It’ll also reduce your cycle time and answer questions before they arise. by @christianhiggins

Don’t make these silly mistakes. Stick to the basics! by @christianhiggins

To spread some awareness. Ask yourself the following questions about your potential deal partner…

✅1. Do I understand who this person is?

✅2. How does this person conduct business?

✅3. And is this person moral & ethical? by @christianhiggins
