I’m Christian. My career started in operations, when a business hired me to run theirs.

Then I built my own businesses, e-commerce first. Along the way I went to medical school and became an MD, and brought that training back to business.

Now I run Backend Ops, an operations consultancy. At the core, we build custom operating systems for founder-led businesses. We’d rather be a partner than a one-off project, because growth compounds when you build it together over time. That means strategy, high-ticket sales, and revenue systems, with numbers you can actually track.
