I can’t believe it’s been six months since @davxc and I said “I do.” If I’m being honest, I’m still decompressing from all the craziness leading up to the wedding, hence why I have slacked on sharing any pictures, writing thank-you notes, dry cleaning my dress and other post-wedding tasks. But also, it’s been an unbelievable ride so far building our new life together and I feel we’ve grown even closer together in these last six months. I can’t wait to see what’s more to come ♥️ @amyshelbyweddings @thewarmtharoundyou @dna_memphis @lynndoyleflowers @maggielouisebridal @centralstationmemphis @gingyc5 @hairbycourtneykelly by @christinababu
Just had one of the best meals with David in Memphis (and we go out a lot)! Dinner at Porch and Parlor did not disappoint and it was the perfect way to wrap these wonderful years of dating and begin our new chapter together. ❤️ by @christinababu
This weekend, I felt my life has come full circle. Loved ones from different parts of my life came together to celebrate in NYC, a place that will always feel like home no matter how much it changes. Going to see New York City Opera — the reason I moved to NYC in the first place in 2007 to do an internship — was incredibly special. And other favorite NYC pastimes — karaoke, Irish pubs and brunch — were the cherries on top. A special thank you to @twudenfud @apotavin @lauren_werner412 who curated a variety of activities for the perfect weekend. Thank you @roopdoggydog @mayasarojini @jlbryant09 @magsfre @bmcninch1027 @jvansc1 @ausomecs for taking time out of your busy lives to travel and be here. And finally, thank you to my MOH @vgandhi27 (with a little help from my bro) who brought us all together even though she couldn’t come herself. There are so many others who couldn’t be there but we felt your spirit. This weekend was the perfect send off, and I’m more ecstatic than ever to enter my next chapter and marry @davxc. I wish we could fast forward 68 days and do it now ❤️ by @christinababu
