RECORD BREAKING PRIVATE SALE IN CROWN | 409 SALK CIRCLE

A very special sale for an incredible home and another major milestone for the Crown community.

Our team offered 409 Salk Circle privately, and the demand was there immediately. After receiving multiple offers, this exceptional home officially closed over asking at $2,185,000, the highest home sale ever recorded in Crown.

Our team is incredibly proud to have represented both the sellers and the buyers in this milestone transaction and even more proud that both sides are beyond happy with the outcome. Our sellers achieved a record setting result, while our buyers secured an exceptional home and feel extremely confident in its value and their investment in the Crown community.

As Crown residents and the community’s go to real estate experts, our team knows these homes inside and out, from the builders and floor plans to the details that make each property unique. That knowledge allows our team to create opportunities for our clients while continuing to push values to new heights, benefiting not only the buyers and sellers we represent, but the Crown community as a whole.

$2,185,000 is more than a record. It’s another testament to just how special Crown has become. Demand to live here continues to grow, and our team couldn’t be more excited about what that means for the future of our community.

The values are here. The demand is here. And Crown continues to raise the bar. 🏡

Even in a higher-rate environment, Montgomery County continues to show its strength.

Home prices are up approximately 3% year over year, a reminder that real estate is local and our market continues to demonstrate resilience.

Whether you’re considering buying, selling, or simply wondering what your home may be worth in today’s market, understanding the numbers at the local level makes all the difference.

Strong markets are local. Local expertise matters.

Today, we pause to remember.

We honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families who carry their memories, and all those whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the courage, sacrifice, unity, and compassion that brought our nation together in the days that followed.

May we never forget those we lost, and may we always carry their memory with us.

September 11, 2001. Never Forget. 🇺🇸

Just one last bag and 2 full cars and we are Mount bound! Today is one of those days when a mama’s heart can somehow be bursting with pride and breaking just a little at the same time. 💙 A pile boxes that never seemed to end turned into a beautiful space because apparently I cope with my baby going to college by making sure his dorm room looks fabulous. 😂 and thanks to @hulljaja for putting every “needed” thing together, and to my BFF @christinaodea for working tirelessly to help me bring my 5 Star dorm vision to life!! 💪❤️ Just remember @carsonhull_ No Stress, Just Happy Vibes! Enjoy every second because you earned this!! @americanrugbyscholarships thank you for everything!! Now I guess I need to go break down all those boxes and cry some more! 🥲 by @christinaodea

Much needed Mom & Daughter getaway 💕

Sometimes it’s the simplest memories that become the memories we treasure most.

Take the trip. Watch the sunset. Laugh a little longer. Put the phone down. Be present.

Life has a way of reminding us of what truly matters ❤️ by @christinaodea

Happy Birthday to my Beautiful Alexa💕

Watching you grow into the incredible woman you are has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

I am so incredibly proud of you. Your heart is kind, your compassion for others runs deep, and your ability to find joy in the little things reminds me every day of what truly matters.

I know life doesn’t always follow the path we imagine, but I also know this, your story is still being written. There are so many beautiful memories to make, dreams to chase, people to love, places to explore, and so much happiness waiting for you. I hope you always believe that!

I will always believe in you, stand beside you, celebrate every victory, and love you with every piece of my heart.

May this next year bring you peace, confidence, new adventures, wonderful friendships, and countless reasons to smile. You deserve a life filled with love, laughter, and hope.

I love you more than words could ever express today, tomorrow, and always. by @christinaodea
