Some places live in your heart long before you ever stand in front of them... ✨🪨

Today I stood where I’ve dreamed of standing for years, and it felt like coming home. Stonehenge, you were worth the wait 🙏❤️‍🔥 #christinathemedium #spirit #spirituality #spiritual #stonehenge by @christinathemedium

What if death isn’t an ending at all?

After guiding hundreds of Past Life Regressions, I’ve noticed the same themes emerge again and again when people describe the moment of death. Some of the answers may surprise you.

Have you ever had an experience that changed your view of death? Tell me below 🤍🥰📝 #christinathemedium #spirit #spirituality #spiritual #psychic by @christinathemedium

Don’t get scammed! I will never message you asking for money or to book a reading. I’ll never start a message saying, “Grand Rising, lovely.” Scammers. The only way to book a session with me is through my website. With the holidays in full swing, scammers are getting super creative, so BE CAREFUL. 🫶🩵 #christinathemedium by @christinathemedium

You’re home alone… and suddenly you hear heavy footsteps walking across the floor. 👣👻

Not a creak. Not the house settling.
I mean deliberate THUD. THUD. THUD.

Have you ever experienced this? And the real question… did you go investigate, or did you decide it was none of your business? 😂

Tell me your creepiest “footsteps when no one was there” story below. 👇🏼#christinathemedium #spiritual #spirit #spirituality #ghost by @christinathemedium

🧠✨ TELEPATHY TEST ✨🧠

Don’t overthink this one.

Take a breath, clear your mind, and tune into me for a few seconds…

I’m sending you something. 👀

What’s the FIRST image, word, color, number, object, or feeling that pops into your head?

Drop your answer in the comments BEFORE reading anyone else’s. 👇

I’ll reveal what I was sending later. 🔮✨

And remember—your first impression is usually the one worth paying attention to! #christinathemedium #spiritual #spirituality #spirit #telepathy by @christinathemedium

Ever randomly TASTED something you definitely weren’t eating? 👅🔮

You could be experiencing clairgustance — psychic taste.

Some psychics and mediums describe receiving information through sudden flavors: a loved one’s favorite food, coffee, cigarettes, peppermint, or something else meaningful that seemingly comes from nowhere.

Have you ever experienced a phantom taste you couldn’t explain? 👀✨ #christinathemedium #spiritual #spirituality #spirit #psychic by @christinathemedium

Not every haunting is necessarily a sentient ghost. 👻🏠

Some paranormal investigators and spiritual traditions describe residual hauntings as an energetic imprint—a moment, person, or event seemingly “recorded” into a location and replaying under certain conditions.

The biggest clue? It doesn’t interact with you. The footsteps follow the same path. The apparition appears in the same place. The sound happens the same way. It’s more like watching a recording than communicating with a consciousness.

Have you ever experienced something paranormal that seemed to repeat itself exactly? 👀 #christinathemedium #spiritual #spirit #spirituality #ghost by @christinathemedium

Ever hear a sudden high-pitched ringing in your ear that seems to come out of nowhere? 👂✨

In spiritual traditions, some people interpret unexplained ringing as a shift in energy, heightened intuition, or a moment of psychic awareness. 🔮

Do you ever get it—and have you noticed it happening around certain people, places, or moments? 👀

Of course, persistent or recurring tinnitus can also have physical causes and is worth getting checked 🫶 #christinathemedium #spiritual #spirituality #spirit #psychic by @christinathemedium

Teachers have to maintain a straight face through situations that would absolutely take the rest of us OUT. 😂🍎

Teachers: what’s the funniest, most out-of-pocket thing a student has ever said to you? I want the story you STILL tell people years later. 👇😭#christinathemedium #teachersofinstagram #teachers #school #funny by @christinathemedium

It’s the first of the month — time to blow a little cinnamon through the front door. 🍂✨

Cinnamon has long been associated with prosperity, success, protection and abundance.

✨ A simple abundance ritual:
Stand outside your front door with a small pinch of ground cinnamon in your palm.

Take a moment to think about what you’d like to welcome into your home this month — abundance doesn’t have to mean only money. Think opportunities, love, creativity, peace, health, joy and growth.

Then blow the cinnamon through your doorway and into your home while saying:

✨ “Abundance flows through this door.
Prosperity grows more and more.
May blessings enter, freely and true.
I welcome all that’s meant for me, too.” ✨

Leave the cinnamon for a little while before sweeping or vacuuming it up.

Happy new month. 🍂🧡 May October bring something unexpectedly wonderful through your door. #christinathemedium #spiritual #spirituality #spirit #spiritualawakening by @christinathemedium

You know that moment when you’re pretty sure you just saw someone… but no one was there? 👀👻

Sometimes spirit sightings are obvious. Other times, they’re so quick and subtle that your brain immediately tries to explain them away.

Here are 5 signs you may have just seen a ghost. 👻

Have you ever experienced one of these? And be honest—did you investigate, or did you immediately decide it was none of your business? 😂🏃‍♀️ #christinathemedium #spirit #ghost #haunting #spirituality by @christinathemedium

🔮 INTUITION TEST 🔮

Don’t analyze it. Don’t second guess yourself. Look at the doll and notice the very first thing you feel, see, hear, know, or sense. 👀✨

This is a fun way to flex ALL of your psychic senses—and there are no wrong answers! Your intuition may pick up on something completely different than someone else’s.

Tell me your immediate psychic hits in the comments before reading anyone else’s. 👇

I’ll come back and pin my own psychic hits in the comments later today. 🔮🖤
