Having my tarot read by Alejandro Jordorowsky Paris 2017. Can’t remember the actual reading just that he said I was a girl who needed to pay more attention to her messes and that I could hold the mouth of a lion 🤷🏼‍♀️. One of the greatest honors of my life. taken in Gare de Lyon(Paris) by @christine__marlene

My mentor, guardian angel and uncle, Eric Messersmith on his bike in the 60’s. I think of you everyday. You weren’t just my guardian, you were always looking out for those you loved like a pit bull. You respected women, and took care of your community. How many places in your neighborhood did we eat for free? You weren’t rich, you just took care of everyone anyway you could. I love how you signed every email UE (uncle Eric) and all the silly things you’d repeat that made no sense to anyone ever. I love you forever, not seeing you before you passed while I was stuck overseas is one of my greatest regrets. I’m sorry I couldn’t watch you ride your motorcycle to heaven. When times are hard, I find myself talking to you, writing you an email or playing out one of our long phone calls. You always knew. I wish you were here right now, but I know you’re out “killing rats”. Forever yours, Niecey taken in Tommy's Joynt by @christine__marlene
