My garden has been my happy place and therapists office for a few years now. It was my quiet and peaceful retreat during some of the harder times in my life. Just want to share that making space for you- whether that’s in a garden or elsewhere- is always worth it. University of Florida scientists found that gardening lowered stress, anxiety and depression in healthy women. Plus, you get tomatoes 🍅 ❤️ 😀. by @christingillie
