Here’s part 4 of my month in the Amazon
A quick recap of day 8 with @angling_frontiers

we started it off with a awesome jaguar sighting followed by a few capibara on the bank, we soon got into some jacunda, wolf fish and ended the day with some beautiful xingu peacock bass. The end of the day we fed doo doo the local pet and headed to bed.

A Month in the Amazon Pt. 3

Days 5–6 were all about getting ready for the first group of guests. it’s hard to stay off the water for too long.

So I snuck out in front of the lodge for a few casts watch to the end to see what I got.

••BACK TO THE WOLF’S DEN••

••

Day one of fishing back at Eden and the first hour of the day did not disappoint!

First wolf 🐺 came in at 79cm TL! A very nice trairão by any standards!

This was just the beginning of another amazing season at Amazon Eden Lodge. Stay tuned for A LOT more of this fly fisherman’s paradise!

I don’t usually make vlogs but thought this would be a good time to start 🤣

Day 1–3: deep into the Amazon, miles from anything familiar, chasing fish at Amazon Eden lodge with @angling_frontiers

I’ll be here for a month, and this is only the beginning.

No roads. No crowds. Just a creek full of fish and wilderness that reminds you how small you really are.

Here’s Part 1 of last weeks trip here at outpost camp.

Beach season has officially arrived

Ran across some shallow surfers with @camfilmco while scouting the beaches.

The takes you never forget.

Watching a leopard rainbow trout explode on a mouse pattern or sip a dry fly off the surface is about as good as it gets. Every cast has you holding your breath, and every eat is pure adrenaline.

Here’s part 2 of last week @epic.remote.alaska outpost camp.
