I’ve been going back and forth between wanting to post this but I think I’ve finally worked the courage to hit post😅

I spent this past summer at the Point again and in a whole new show from what I did last year. This year, a crazy thing happened where I had to jump into a track I had never done, with less than 24 hours notice. It forced me to lock IN and use what my last 3 years at Ball State has taught me about being an artist. I’m very proud to say that I went on for two shows as the one and only MJ this summer and I showed myself that I am capable of doing more than I believed I could. I’m happy I got the opportunity to do this, even if it was for one day. And I felt so loved and supported by my cast and crew the day I went on. They’re the reason I didn’t flop on that stage in front of a full house. Hope yall enjoy me singin and dancin a lil🤭😝♥️

I’m back with another life update!!! So happy to officially announce that a week from today I’ll be returning to the land of Sandusky, Ohio once more this summer as a Dancer/Singer in the Aldrich Theatre’s new show “Vinyl to Viral”!!! I’ll also be in Boardwalk Nights again in, returning to the Steamboat Swing show as well! I’m so excited to be coming back and doing a whole new show this time! I’m so grateful to @ballstatetheatredance for their connection with @cedarpoint ! Being here has gotten me so many wonder opportunities like this one and I’m always grateful and thankful for that! I hope to see some familiar faces this summer at The Point! Let me know if you’re gonna come up! I have some comp tickets I may be able to hand out here and there!! taken in Jack Aldrich Theater by @christophersmith.jr

Hey yall! Back with another video but this time It’s not my choreo! This semester I’m in Jazz 4 with the wonderful @annenicolebeck and I have grown so much and gained so much knowledge. I didn’t even think I could make it to Jazz 4 let alone get through the class without failing or falling behind but I kept up! Our final was a choreographer piece that we had to recreate and me and @ninamporras got I Gotcha(Live) from Liza with a Z! The number was choreographed by an icon in his own right @domkelley ! This piece is so fun and energetic and I’m grateful to have learned it and with how much work was put into this! Always in shock with how much I’m growing as a dancer and this class and this piece is a big reminder to keep working because my hard work pays off! Hope yall enjoy!!!🫶🏾♥️#explorepage✨ #dance #choreography #explore #ate #dancer #choreo #musicaltheatre #domkelley #igotcha #lizaminnelli by @christophersmith.jr

Hi there🙃 This is a bit of a bittersweet moment because this is the last combo I made while on contract here at Cedar Point! After today, I’ve done 9 different combos, dipping into 4 different dance styles, trying to expand my creative juices and get in the habit of creating and teaching early. One of my passions is to become a choreographer and one of my summer resolutions was to create as much as I possibly could. This is the result of that, as I’ve seen my choreo grow and expand more than I ever thought it could! I’m so very proud of this piece and of all the ones I’ve done this summer. I hope you all enjoy this extension of my journey this summer! It’s also bittersweet because today is my last day on my contract as well so I fear I’m crying while typing this! Please let me know what you think of this one!! Here’s to the best summer I could’ve asked for!

P.S. The fact that we got not one, but TWO crisp daps is insane…😂 taken in Cedar Point by @christophersmith.jr

Back again with anotha one! This week I’m posting a combo from a couple weeks ago! This one is a bit more sentimental to me because It’s a combo I learned the combo from @shinelikeadymon_k143 almost 7 years ago in show choir my freshman of HIGH SCHOOL!!(yes I still remember it😭) but Dymon is the first person to truly introduce me to dance in a way that made me feel like I could be a dancer. She’s the first person to inspire my dance journey so this is a tribute to her! Love you Dymon!🫶🏾♥️♥️ enjoy the lyrical moment I learned from her and then used my knowledge of dance I’ve since learned to reimagine it a bit! Hope yall enjoy this one!🙃 #explorepage✨ #dance #choreography #explore #ate #billie #billieeilish #lyrical #dancer

P.s. Ignore my hair. I need a cut BAD and there aren’t many barbers that cut black hair in Sandusky😭 by @christophersmith.jr
