YOU CAN’T DEMAND A GODLY PARTNER WHILE REFUSING TO BECOME ONE YOURSELF. ✝️

Everybody wants a loyal wife. Everybody wants a strong, faithful husband. But how many people are actually preparing themselves to BE that person?

You want a man who respects you, values you, and sees you as his future wife, but are you presenting yourself as a woman who values those same things?

You want a modest, loyal, God-fearing woman, but you’re entertaining lust, chasing temporary pleasure, and living without discipline?

You cannot keep pointing fingers at the opposite sex while refusing to look in the mirror.

Here’s something I challenge EVERYONE to do.

Write down every quality you want in your future husband or wife. Their character, morals, faith, discipline, loyalty, integrity, EVERYTHING.

Now take that list and WRITE YOUR OWN NAME AT THE TOP.

Because that list shouldn’t just describe what you’re looking for. It should describe what you’re becoming.

And here’s the part people need to understand…

Even if God places the right person in your life tomorrow, if you haven’t become the person capable of loving, respecting, and protecting that relationship, you may destroy the very blessing you’ve been praying for.

Stop obsessing over finding the right person and start becoming the right person.

A good marriage isn’t built by two people demanding perfection from each other. It’s built by two imperfect people committed to becoming better, putting God first, and choosing each other every day.

BECOME THE HUSBAND YOU’D WANT YOUR DAUGHTER TO MARRY.

BECOME THE WIFE YOU’D WANT YOUR SON TO FIND.

And trust God’s timing.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” — Matthew 6:33

Stop chasing the blessing while neglecting the preparation. ✝️

I watched cancer hurt my stepdad. Then I watched chemo absolutely destroy him.

I watched my dad spend his final days in a hospital bed, a trach in his throat, unable to speak to us.

And before all of that, being prescribed OxyContin at a young age sent my own life down a road that nearly swallowed me.

These aren’t headlines to me. These are people I loved. These are years I can’t get back.

While my stepdad was dying, I was getting seriously sick myself.

The night he died, I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ.

And I believe God has guided every single fucking step since.

He gave me the strength to change my life. He led me to learn about food, herbs, and caring for my body holistically. As my health improved, I kept learning.

Then my dog got lymphoma.

Another diagnosis. Another life I loved.

But this time, I could stay calm, clear, and collected. I brought everything I’d learned into caring for her. She went into remission, and I thank God for every day I have with her.

“The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” — Revelation 22:2

Abundance of plants made with healing properties. God’s provision. Restoration. Healing.

And Revelation 18:23 warns that nations were deceived through “sorceries”—the Greek word pharmakeia, associated with sorcery and the use of potions and drugs. That isn’t simply Greek for modern medicine. But after what I’ve lived through, that warning about deception hits deep.

I’m not scared of death. But watching people I love lose their strength, their voice, and their chance to say goodbye changed me forever.

I cannot get those moments back. I can give the rest of my life a purpose.

I believe with everything in me that God called me to this work: helping people take their health seriously and build a stronger future.

The world tells you to “just be yourself.”

But what if the person you’ve become is the very person holding you back?

I believe every man should start with his spirit. Surrender it to Jesus Christ. Before you can become the man you were created to be, you need to know WHO created you and WHY.

But surrender doesn’t mean waiting for God to change your life.

God has already entrusted you with things. START STEWARDING THEM.

Your body? Train it. Nourish it. Respect it.

Your mind? Discipline it. Guard what you allow into it. Stop feeding the habits that destroy you.

Your time? Steward it well. Stop wasting your days chasing temporary pleasures that leave you empty.

Your purpose? Stop seeking it in the approval of a world that doesn’t know where it’s going.

Don’t ask God to entrust you with more while neglecting what He’s already placed in your hands. Faithfulness starts with what you have TODAY.

You cannot become a new man while protecting everything that made you the old one.

I know because I had to learn it myself.

The world wants you distracted. Comfortable. Addicted to pleasure. Weak in discipline. Separated from your purpose.

But here’s what the world doesn’t want you to understand:

“In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” — John 16:33 (KJV)

CHRIST HAS ALREADY OVERCOME THE WORLD.

And through Him, you don’t have to remain a slave to the things that once controlled you.

Man, I have so much to be grateful for. 🙏✝️

The people God has brought into my life, the doors He’s opened, the opportunities I’ve been given, and most importantly, the purpose He’s placed on my heart.

Helping people take back control of their health, overcome obstacles, reach their goals, and understand the truth about the human body and how we can work to prevent serious disease. That’s a mission I’ll never take for granted.

Changing your life begins with changing your perspective.

That’s why Scripture tells us, “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” — Matthew 6:33

Because when you seek the Kingdom first, God begins transforming the very perspective through which you see the world. And when your perspective changes, your ability to recognize, appreciate, and properly steward what He’s already given you changes too.

So many people spend their lives chasing more, believing the next relationship, the next paycheck, or the next accomplishment will finally make them happy. But without gratitude, even the greatest blessings can become things we take for granted.

You don’t need everything to change before you become grateful. Sometimes you need to become grateful before everything begins to change.

And gratitude starts with understanding the truth. Understanding who God is, what Christ has done for you, and how much you’ve already been given that you could never earn.

Here’s something I’ve started doing every morning: I write down five things I’m grateful for.

And here’s my advice: Do it even when you don’t feel grateful. Even when life is difficult. Even when the words feel forced.

Because repetition matters. The brain is capable of changing through experience and repeated practice. This is called neuroplasticity. By intentionally directing your attention toward gratitude every day, you can begin strengthening healthier patterns of thought.

Over time, what once required conscious effort can become more natural.

You begin noticing blessings where you once saw inconveniences. Opportunities where you once saw obstacles. Lessons where you once saw suffering.

And that perspective begins influencing how you love, how you work, how you handle adversity, and how you treat the people God has placed in your life.

Let the kingdom change you.

You may discover that changing your life was never just about changing what you have.

It was about changing the eyes through which you see everything God has already given you. ✝️

Some Christians risk everything just to speak the name of Jesus Christ.

While the world clings to this temporary life, they cling to the promise of eternity.

You cannot threaten a man with death when his King has already conquered the grave.
