Use pain as fuel. The sacrifice you make today determines the character you build for tomorrow. Don’t give up stay committed stay focused and keep moving forward. This was a Note to myself from 2020-2022 i wrote down on paper and looked at every day. one of my most challenging years in life. Everything happened at once. Illnesses dept heartbreak, failure in business, health issues, mental breakdowns, sleepless nights, anxiety, stress, tears sweat blood. Early days late nights, missing friends and family. Thank you for the challenges thank you for teaching me how to use pain as fuel to create something new. Something bigger than myself. Life is a lesson worth listening to. The question is how will you answer? That’s on you. On no one else. On you. Will you run away or fight it all your way out? Only you decide. So whenever i look back i use the fuel who kept me going still today. With respect blood and tears under my skin. Lucky Chris by @chrisvelkovski

Ever since I started traveling in 2022 to expand @luckypunch_boxing across multiple cities , I’ve always had one thing in mind: discovering the coolest boutique fitness studios, wellness concepts, and recovery experiences in every city I visit, from across Europe to the Middle East. And I’ve always asked myself one simple question: Why do I always have to leave the hotel and travel across the city to find these experiences? Especially when you travel, these studios become so much more than places to work out. They’re community hubs, networking hotspots, and melting pots where you meet new people, build connections, and feel part of a city. In a world where loneliness can hit hard, especially when you’re constantly on the move, these places matter more than ever. That question sparked an idea. And that idea became a mission to build it. Over the years, we’ve grown with pop-ups and hotel partnerships across multiple cities, including Soho House Berlin, W Hotel Dubai, @slsdubai , and @25hourshotels_copenhagen @25hourshoteldubai . Those experiences taught us a lot. Three years of listening, experimenting, understanding what hotels need, what brands are looking for, and what guests are missing brought us to this point we are today. A strong conviction. The right Moment. Now, it’s time to change the game and bring it all together under one roof. 🔥 I’m on a mission to introduce the next generation of hotel fitness and wellness: a new platform that brings together the coolest fitness, recovery, wellness, and lifestyle concepts within hospitality. I Imagine a hotel that’s more than just a place to sleep. A buzzing destination where the best brands, studios, and experiences come together to create community, connection, energy, and a reason to come back. this vision is alive, started in Copenhagen then Dubai, with the ambition to transform more hotels into vibrant wellness and lifestyle destinations around the world. 🚀 If you Are you a hotel operator, fitness or wellness brand, or an innovative concept looking to be part of what’s next Let’s connect by @chrisvelkovski
