Well... I’ve only gone and signed up for my FIRST T100 Triathlon in July

The truth is the triathlon world doesn’t often see people who look like me and that’s exactly why I’m excited to be here. To challenge myself, to take up space and hopefully show someone else that they belong here too.

So here we are… I’ll be training with and raising money for @thebaduway , an incredible community helping create more diversity in sport and opening doors for people who might not otherwise see themselves in spaces like triathlon.

I’m taking you all along for the journey, the wins, the losses, and the reality of trying to squeeze myself into a wetsuit 😂 You know I’m always honest.

Let’s see what happens. 💪🏾✨

I used to be scared to ask people for the shot I wanted but when you have a vision, you just have to go for it!

Closed mouths don’t get fed and if I was still scared, we would never have got these images for Meg.

You miss 99% of the shots you don’t take!

Your biggest competition is you, not him or her. If you have the knowledge someone else lacks, it’ll make you feel way better to share it with them and make them feel more confident and better.
Don’t hold onto the knowledge , you are not glue!
