Easily the best part of my work is the people you meet and the experiences you get to share with them. Here’s a small montage of many of these amazing people from performances at events at @themagicgardennotts @cosyclub_nottingham and Birmingham ICC. ______________________ Get in touch for details on private events at www.chriswilder.co.uk #magic #magician #chriswildermagic #thecuriouscabaret by @chriswildermagic

🎩✨ Last Night - The Curious Cabaret UNPLUGGED – Magic, Mystery & Plenty of Laughs ✨🎩 Our recent visit to The Curious Cabaret UNPLUGGED at Arc Space in Nottingham was an unforgettable evening of magic, mind reading and comedy. 🎭🪄 Presented in its new fringe-style format, the venue and comedy club feel brought the performers closer to the audience, making every illusion, prediction and impossible moment feel even more astonishing. Hosted by the ever-entertaining Chris Wilder, the evening featured two outstanding international performers from Portugal 🇵🇹 and the Netherlands 🇳🇱, each bringing their own unique style, personality and entertainment to the stage. One of the things that worked really well was the format. The show was split into three separate sessions, giving everyone plenty of opportunity to chat and grab a drink in between performances. There was also a memorable moment when an Affinity member was invited onto the stage to assist with one of the acts, becoming part of the magic herself and leaving everyone wondering how the trick was actually done. Hosted for Affinity by Adam, the evening brought together a great mix of members, with plenty of conversation before the show, during the intervals and afterwards. The Curious Cabaret UNPLUGGED delivered exactly what it promised - an evening of astonishment, mystery and entertainment that had everyone talking long after the final curtain. A truly magical night out! 🌟 👉 See what's coming up next: https://affinity-club.co.uk/events/ #Affinity #CuriousCabaret #ArcSpace #MagicShow #NottinghamEvents #NightOutNottingham #MindReading #LiveEntertainment #MeetNewPeople #ThingsToDoNottingham #SocialEvents #GoodCompany #NottinghamLife #Magic #Comedy #NightOut by @chriswildermagic
I could not be happier with these new photos taken by @brendan.pics who is not only an incredible magician (@brendan.magic) but also an insanely talented photographer and generous human being! As a producer I can’t emphasise enough the importance of good quality headshots, so magicians reading this if you have chance to work with Brendan as a photographer or videographer then please jump at the opportunity! Side note - the music on this post is by a new artist I stumbled on called @blakefarfan - go check out his work! by @chriswildermagic
I had an incredible time the last few days performing at the @thecuriouscabaret in Beeston, Nottingham & Lincoln 🤩 Having not performed a public show in a little while it was so refreshing to step on stage alongside my good friends @pickpocketforhire & @chriswildermagic as well as make a brand new friend in mind reader @alexthemindreader (who is touring atm and you SHOULD definitely get tickets) 🎟️! Three incredible shows, with 3 completely new routines for me that have been in my head for years and so to finally see them come to life and be so well received was an absolute joy 🎉😍 Maybe I should do a full 90 minute show… What do people think? Let me know so I don’t book Wembley too soon 😂😂😂 Massive thanks to the incredible audiences and to @thecuriouscabaret for having me. A pleasure! Sam by @chriswildermagic

It has been a lot of fun creating a new show that is currently showing at the wonderful (yet slightly secretive) Arc Space @at_arc_space in Nottingham’s Lace Market. Special thanks to everyone who came to see the show, the team at Arc Space, and @solosfx for providing the secret sauce that makes all the theatrical magic happen! I can’t recommend SOLO enough! Next show is August 27th - for full dates and tickets see www.curiouscabaret.co.uk/legerdemain 🎟️ by @chriswildermagic
Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming professional wizard @chriswildermagic to our space, for the debut of his brand-new show, Legerdemain. 🃏🪄🧙 We’re excited to share that he’ll now be joining us every other week! It was an unforgettable evening of sleight of hand, entertainment, and pure magic. Want to experience it for yourself?
