Almost three years of showing up for myself every single day.

The change you’re seeing now didn’t happen today. It happened the moment I decided I was done being the old version of me.

Make the decision. Become someone different in an instant. Then put in the work long enough for the rest of the world to finally see who you already became. by @chrisxv

There was a time when I couldn’t imagine becoming the person I am today.

I remember what it felt like to look in the mirror and know I wanted more for myself, but feel so far away from it.

That version of me had no idea what was coming.

He just had to make one decision and keep making it every single day.

I’ll never forget where I started, because that guy is the reason I refuse to stop. by @chrisxv
