Okay so confession time. Yesterday I filmed a video and posted it. Then 2 AM hit and I started cringing so hard. Like full on “omg why did I post that” shame spiral. And what did I do? The worst possible thing. I deleted it. 🙃

But here I am, day 5, still showing up.

Because I had to remind myself, if I want a big life, I have to be seen. I have to be heard. Especially now, with social media and how everything works these days.

Visibility is the highest currency. Like I mean it. It doesnt matter how good you are as a painter, or at your job, or in whatever industry. If nobody sees you, you’re basically a nobody. Harsh, but true.

So yeah, I’m gonna keep posting even when its cringe. Especially when its cringe lol

Cringe now, proud later. See you tomorrow for day 6 💛

Okay so real talk. I grew up with two entrepreneur parents. My mom runs a construction supply store and my dad runs a construction firm. They were never employees, like ever. They were always the boss.

So me and my brother were basically raised to do our own thing. Be the best in school, be the best in whatever industry you pick, but also dont forget to be creative, have side quests, have passions outside of work. And be a people person too, be one with the people.

So growing up I did everythingggg. Tae kwon do, piano lessons, painting lessons, hosting lessons, Kumon after school. Name it, I probably tried it.

And now I’m here, super creative, but kinda confused? Like what do I actually want??

Do I go all in on painting? Do I go into media? Or do I just get a job that pays my bills and enjoy my life?

I honestly dont have the answer yet, and thats okay. Thats literally why I’m posting for 30 days, to figure it out with you guys. And if I don’t figure it out then maybe it’s not the ending. #30daychallenge #vulnerable taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @chriz.layese

Today I’m sharing why I never wear a T-shirt. I always wear something with a collar.

It’s wild how someone else’s insecurity can end up living in you. I think it’s because I’m such an empath. I feel everything, and sometimes it’s a curse.

Day 2 of 30.

Paint. Canvas. No plan, no pressure, no KPIs. Just flow.

I let my hands do what felt good and let the colors carry whatever I was feeling. A few hours later, I had a piece that captured that exact moment. Not scripted. Not planned. Just raw emotion poured out in color.

That’s the beauty of it. You don’t just make art, you keep a piece of how you felt.

30 days. 30 posts. Showing up every single day to build consistency.

Day 1 of posting every single day for 30 days. 🎬

Real talk: consistency is my weak spot. I get hyped about something, go all in for a month, then lose interest and come back weeks later. It’s been bugging me for a long time.

It might not look like it from the outside, but it’s been costing me sleep. My friends noticed the pattern too, and hearing it from them made me feel seen. Still, it frustrates me.

So this is me proving to myself that I can stick with something. No perfect posts, just showing up daily.
