The struggle is real. I found that when I don't have a tub to take a bath, that, sitting in the shower helps. Showering, washing, everything related takes spoons, not just getting into the shower.

How do you all save spoons when grooming/hygiene/self care?

The joys of having connection tissue issues like hEDs is subluxations (when a joint pops out of place but not fully). Then it goes back into place usually it can cause pain, instability, even nerve issues.
