From Denver to Boston, last weekend was everything I had hoped for and more!!!! 🤩

At TGA I got to hear so many heartfelt stories and connect with more people in our transplant community💛💙 This was my first time ever attending transplant games so that made it all the more special!

At ATC, I had the opportunity to speak on a panel that focused on the burdens of side effects. I don’t usually choose to share my story but this time I am really glad I did. To see so many physicians, practitioners and industry professionals engage in the conversation made me hopeful for the future. Thank you to Eledon for sponsoring such an important symposium and for working towards a solution!

I am grateful to be part of the @lyfebulb and @patientcareamerica team where helping patients remains at the heart of everything we do thanks to great leadership.

I am also thankful to my fellow TransplantLyfe Community Managers who have been advocating for much longer than I have and for continuously staying dedicated to supporting our community. Witnessing what you all do in real time is an honor.

With Kidney Awareness Month coming to an end, here is an outtake from my World Kidney Day video submission for @Lyfebulb to remind you to keep your kidney(s) hydrated!

👉 Stay hydrated, but don’t overdo it with electrolyte drinks and supplements
👉 Ask about your family history with kidney disease, as this may indicate increased risk
👉 Keep an eye on your blood pressure
👉 Ask your PCP to check in on your kidney function at least at your yearly visit (if they don’t do so already)

I had the pleasure attending the TransplantLyfe 2025 Patient Summit in Philly and it was simply fantastic!

The day was all about networking, sharing experiences and education about the transplant process and innovation. I am so grateful to the Lyfebulb/Transplantlyfe team for always working towards elevating the patient voice and the hard work that they put into organizing this event. A special thank you to all my fellow community managers, who facilitated the virtual portion of this summit, allowing so many people to still be a part of this experience. It is an honor to work with you all!
