The first two are a MUST WATCH! And the BBC are doing pretty good atm in terms of docs and Buried with Michael Sheen is an important one to watch.

Three excellent TV shows that should have your full attention right now. Two of them are returning successes with a second season but Furious has been a psychological thriller dragging out over weeks waiting for new episodes. But now, they are all available to watch so get binging!

A bit of a vulnerable from me with a hint of comedy.

As the biggest British summer music festivals come to an end I wanted to share this. Missing out on festivals when they look so AMAZING has always bothered me... until now. I now realise I'm not alone in my struggles, that I'm "weird" or being "pathetic" they just don't suit me because of my neurospicy brain and mental illness.

It seems I reached my fashion "peak" at about 10 (Last slide) Animal print forever ✨

When I heard this song these lines just jumped out at me. You look at photos of yourself as a kid and you know that you started to struggle around that time you wish you could go back and take it all in again. I know, a bit corny right? Ok, I'm all done...

14 fxcking years...
First things first... I can't believe you're still here with me, I've been a bit broken for a long time with branches of friendships breaking cos of the weight of my illness. More branches snapped taking away my strength, my independence and my ability to travel and explore like we always have. To be honest, I've not even been able to recognise myself.

But here you are. After years of having to put big steps on hold - like moving out of my parents house & getting a dog - you're here.

We own a house so I now have my "grown up" independence and a safe space that's not hiding in my childhood bedroom. (I did think I'd be back home with them before we were even 6 months in 🤣)

You're patient with me, understanding of my chronic illnesses, you know my limits but you also know when to push me forward. So now we're exploring a little bit more - and I hope we'll keep going further...

Lastly, you don't dismiss my dreams and you believe in me. Zeppelin is proof of that. I wanted a doggo the day we moved in but we waited. When we said we were getting him, everyone said we were mad. I wasn't well enough, I couldn't look after myself, you work too much etc etc. I doubted myself, I didn't believe I'd adjust and be a good dog mum. But what do people say now? He's had that much of a positive impact on me that we should have gotten him two years ago (RAGING)

You believed in me and he's brought more sunshine into our lives.

I love you both, thank you.
