This past year has changed me in ways most people can’t see.

This has been one of the most resilient chapters of my life, and so much of it has happened quietly.

Adjusting to a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
Navigating symptoms that come and go without warning.
Reimagining my roles as a mom/wife/leader while learning new limits in real time.

A lot of this you can’t see, but it’s there… every day. And I’ve found strength in relearning myself and in the people who remind me, I’m not alone in it.

This MS Awareness Month 🧡, I’m stepping into a new chapter as an @mssociety MS Ambassador 🧡🧡🧡

Because community matters.
Because too many people are carrying this quietly.
And because this is part of my story now, whether it’s seen or not. by @chronicles_of_naria

A year since my diagnosis.

Overnight my world changed, and I’ve been fighting every day since for a new normal.

I found that during my first MS Walk.

There’s something about feeling seen as you navigate life with an invisible illness. No better feeling than being surrounded by family, friends, and people who understand you in a way you can’t explain.

If you’re new to this or still trying to find your community, just know it exists and it’s waiting for you.

Grateful for @mssociety and @walk_ms that make moments like this possible, to @a_global_take and @mikefrazer_ for planning the day, and to @hannahjoytv for capturing it so beautifully 🧡

We keep moving!
