We love the beautiful parts of life; the fashion, travel, good food, celebrations, and little luxuries we’re blessed to enjoy. But there’s so much more to life than the photos we share.

Behind many smiles are patients undergoing treatment and families quietly carrying worry, exhaustion, financial strain, and hope. Renal Run reminds me that alongside enjoying life, I want to make space to care, give back, and show up for others.

To my dear friends who ran with us, thank you for supporting something so close to my heart. To our sponsors, runners, healthcare workers, and the entire Renal family, thank you for standing beside these patients and their families.

Some of life’s most beautiful moments aren’t glamorous. They’re the moments we show up for someone else. ❤️

Innocent beginning: This looks fun. How hard could it be? 😎 #hiking #hikinginutah

Husband casually thriving: Meanwhile, the man who said, ‘Babe, this will be fun.’ 🧐

Regret begins: Me 10 minutes into being adventurous: I would like to unsubscribe 😭😂

Fully stuck: Anyway, this is my address now. Please forward my mail💀

Completely DONE ☠️
Guide: “Stand up and walk sideways.”

Me: “Sir??? I can’t even MOVE. Walk sideways?? What am I, a crab? Spider-Man??” 🦀😭💀

Please tell the hotel I will not be making my dinner reservation. I live here now…. 😭 taken in Utah, USA by @chrystelalexa

Utah has a beauty that’s hard to put into words. Endless blue skies, dramatic desert landscapes, and a peaceful stillness that makes everything feel so special🤎
Staying at @amangiri gave David and me the chance to really take it all in, surrounded by untouched scenery and beautiful architecture that blends right into the desert. Definitely an experience and a view I won’t forget. 🤍 #anniversary #amangiri taken in Amangiri Resort by @chrystelalexa
