MLS Areas may be going away, but your search options aren't!

Beginning January 4, 2027, the MLS Areas field will be removed from Flexmls. The good news? Flexmls already offers a variety of tools to help you create more personalized, precise property searches.

From custom map shapes and ZIP codes to subdivisions and saved searches, there are plenty of ways to tailor your search to your clients' needs. Swipe through for a few options you may not be using to their full potential!

One of the features our members have been asking for is finally here: the ability to search by Loan Type in MLS Tax Suite.

Now, you can use Loan Type in both Advanced Search and Prospecting to identify properties associated with FHA, VA, and other loan types that may be worth a closer look for potential assumable loan opportunities.

Just remember: a loan type does not confirm that a loan is assumable. It's a starting point for finding properties that may deserve further investigation. by @chsmls

Flexmls polygons are VERY easy to use if you put a few minutes into the training, and then you can create ANY map shape as a search overlay.
