These PNW afternoons may be getting darker as we go into fall... but so is the beer😮‍💨
We’ve got a fresh batch of German-Style Doppelbock brewing as we speak. This toasty malty brew with a touch of dark fruity sweetness was made with our friends at @uppliquids! Always a great day when we get to brew and grill with the homies. Keep an eye out for the Doppelbock coming soon!🍻

Another Hop Harvest Trip in the Books!!✅🧳🌱

Making the pilgrimage to the Yakima Valley every harvest season is an integral part of how we build our hoppy beers, but it’s also one of those trips that reminds us why we love doing this. Getting time with the farmers and growers who are experimenting, perfecting and pushing hops forward is something we never take for granted.

This year, we had the pleasure of being inducted into @yakimachief FWD program, giving us access to experimental hops and hop products to conduct trials and provide feedback to YCH as they continue the process. Having a lovely dinner between the hop bines at one of our favorite farms, @perraultfarms, was an added bonus😉. Exploring the experimental hop fields with Jeff Perrault is always a highlight, and we’re hoping to get our hands on some specific small lots we were super excited about in the next month or so. Keeping those on the DL for now....Thank you to YCH & the Perrault Family for your superior hospitality and company!

We couldn’t be more excited about the 2026 crop year. Our Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo have beautiful intensity, along with our Citra, Krush and Simcoe selections.

In addition to hop harvest, we had the pleasure of making a beer with our friends at @chuckanutbrewery in Burlington, WA! Mari and Will Kemper are legends in the industry and couldn’t be nicer people to boot. We celebrated Will’s birthday with Mari’s delicious, home-cooked curry lunch and chocolate cake. Their crew is filled with incredibly intelligent, kind and curious people, and their Head Brewer, Robert Stein, even joined us for our selection in Yakima. Be on the lookout for—you may be surprised by this—our collaboration West Coast IPA in Washington!

Skagit Farm To Pint Fest is tomorrow afternoon from 2:00-5:30 in La Conner, and we can’t wait to share a delicious pairing with our friends from True North Bakery! We’ll be featuring our classic West Coast Pils along with a sneak peak of the upcoming Bakers Beer, and True North will be bringing a fabulous pistachio cannoli. Local ingredients from Samish Bay Cheese.
