My connection to PBTF began more than 30 years ago—and it began on two wheels.
I was introduced to Ride for Kids founders Mike and Dianne and most importantly, the incredible children and families facing a pediatric brain tumor diagnosis through my workplace American Honda.
What began as an introduction became a lifelong commitment.
I was inspired by Mike and Dianne’s determination, the passion of the motorcycling community, Honda’s commitment to giving back, and the remarkable strength of the children and families we came to know as our Stars.
More than three decades later, I’m proud to continue that commitment to our Stars by continuing to Ride for Kids and this year, by running the Philadelphia Marathon with Team PBTF.

My ride today took me to the beautiful Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook! Even with the clouds obscuring the distant ocean and mountains, I know they're there – just like the vital progress being made in the fight against pediatric brain tumors. Sometimes, the path to a cure isn't always clear, but my commitment, and the dedication of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) and every supporter, is unwavering.
