For my followers that don't know, I self published my first book with @amazon on 1/4/24. It's a poetry book titled Poetry In The Mourning 🧜🏾‍♀️💜. I've been writing poetry since I was 19 yrs old (not telling y'all how old I am now 😆), but poetry has been a part of my life ever since. Anyway, for my friends who love to read, this is for you 📖 💜. #poet #poetry #poetryinthemourning #poetrybook #selfpublished #selfpublishedauthor #publishedauthor #amazon #converse by @chucks2sweet

CANDI | @chucks2sweet | Sneaker Fems Some journeys don’t restart - they return right on time. Known to many as Candi, this Florida native was born in Orlando and has always carried a quiet but intentional connection to sneakers. Though Converse were part of her childhood, it wasn’t until 2021 that she fully returned to Chucks - with the Converse All Star Lugged pair marking the moment everything clicked again. Today, her love runs deep, from spiked All Stars to an ever-evolving rotation she proudly claims as all favorites. Beyond sneakers, Candi is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, a poet, and a published author. Her self-published book, Poetry in the Mourning @poetryinthemourning ,is an extension of her voice and lived experience and is currently available on Amazon. She also makes space to acknowledge “my sis, @self_prklamdsneakerhead ,” aka Shayla, recognizing the inspiration and connection that continue to shape her journey. In the summer of 2025, she launched @sneakerheadsis ,a brand rooted in her love for styling sneakers and socks, and fueled by the women who inspire her within the sneaker community. More than a brand, Sneakerhead Sis is her way of giving back - creating connection, celebrating individuality, and uplifting women who move through sneaker culture with authenticity and purpose. If you aren’t already, give them ALL a follow, and check out them socks too! 💐 Because when style is built from love, community becomes the legacy. SHE COLLECTS. SHE COMMANDS. SHE CONQUERS. ALL LOVE, ALWAYS, IN ALL WAYS #SNEAKERFEMS by @chucks2sweet
