For those who watched "Vikings", remember Ragnar Lothbrok’s response to the priest who told him that he would go to hell when he died:

“That is not your decision to make.”

What a powerful statement!

Ragnar was a ruthless king who conquered kingdoms, shed blood, and took innocent lives. Yet, in the midst of his violent world, God used an unlikely encounter with a Christian monk named Athelstan to introduce him to a different perspective on faith, life, and the Almighty.

As Ragnar grew closer to Athelstan, something began to change within him. After Athelstan’s death, Ragnar’s spiritual questions and inner struggles became even more profound.

His story reminds us of a powerful truth: Never assume that you know the final chapter of another person’s story.

Sometimes, society judges us. Family condemns us. Friends write us off. People remember our mistakes, our past, and the worst things we have ever done, as though we can never change.

But who gave them the authority to determine our final destination?

Only God knows the heart. Only God sees the battles fought in secret. Only God knows the depth of His mercy and the work He is doing in a person's life.

This does not mean that our actions have no consequences, or that we should excuse wrongdoing. It means we must be humble enough to recognize that we are not God, and we do not have the final say over another person's eternal destiny.

So, if people have condemned you because of your past, remember this: their judgment is not God's final verdict.

And if you have been judging someone else, remember that the same mercy you desire is the mercy you should be willing to extend.

People may write you off, but they do not write the final chapter of your life. God does!

Never give up on yourself, and never give up on what God can do in a person's life.

🙏 May we have the humility to leave judgment to God and the grace to give people room to change.

The Mercy of God

God’s mercy is one of the greatest reasons we are still standing today. There are battles we did not win by strength, opportunities we did not earn by qualification, and dangers we never even knew we escaped. Mercy spoke when our strength was insufficient.

The Bible says:

“It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” — Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV)

Mercy means God does not treat us according to the full measure of what our failures deserve. It does not mean we should continue in sin; rather, it means that even when we fall, God allows us to rise again.

There are moments when you look at your life and realise, “If not for God, where would I be?”

When men counted you out, mercy kept you.
When doors closed, mercy preserved you.
When you made mistakes, mercy gave you another chance.
When your strength failed, mercy carried you.
When you did not know what to pray, mercy spoke for you.

David understood this when he said:

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.” — Psalm 23:6 (KJV)

May we never become so familiar with God's blessings that we forget His mercy.

You are not standing today because you have been perfect. You are standing because God has been merciful.

May the mercy of God speak for you where your qualifications cannot speak. May mercy preserve your family, order your steps, restore what was lost, open doors no man can shut, and give you another opportunity to fulfil God's purpose for your life.

May you experience fresh mercy this week.
May mercy locate you.
May mercy speak for you.
May mercy preserve you.
And may your testimony always be: “If not for the Lord, I don't know where I would be.”

“Lord, let Your mercy speak for me.” 🙏🏽 by @chukwunekeike

Don’t be afraid of battles. If you have no battles, don’t become complacent—spiritual growth comes through spiritual warfare.

Jesus fought Satan’s temptations with the Word of God and prevailed (Matthew 4:1–11). Job endured intense trials yet remained faithful, and God restored him with greater blessings (Job 1–2; 42:10–17).

Your scars are not signs of defeat—they are evidence that you stood your ground. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep fighting the good fight of faith. The scars you carry today may become the testimony that honours God tomorrow. taken in Houston,TX by @chukwunekeike

THE MERCY OF GOD IS GREATER THAN YOUR FAILURE(RAHAMA)

Many people think God measures us by the size of our sin. But the story of Saul and David teaches us something deeper.

David committed adultery and arranged the death of an innocent man. Saul never committed those sins. Yet David found mercy, while Saul lost the kingdom.

Why?

Because mercy is not given to the one with the smallest sin. Mercy is given to the one with the humblest heart.

When Saul was confronted, he defended himself and protected his image.

When David was confronted, he fell on his face and cried, "I have sinned against the LORD." (2 Samuel 12:13)

David's greatest fear was not losing his throne—it was losing God's presence.

He prayed:

"Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; according to the multitude of Your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions." — Psalm 51:1

And again:

"Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me." — Psalm 51:10–11

God forgave David, but He did not remove every consequence. Mercy does not always cancel discipline, but it always restores our relationship with God.

The Bible reminds us:

"The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy." — Psalm 103:8

"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." — Hebrews 4:16

No matter how far you have fallen, God's mercy is still available. He is not looking for a perfect person; He is looking for a broken and repentant heart.

"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart—these, O God, You will not despise." — Psalm 51:17

Today, don't hide your failures. Bring them before God. His mercy is greater than your past, His grace is stronger than your shame, and His love is able to restore every heart that truly returns to Him. Amen.

Baruch Hashem Adonai

Listen carefully, No matter what you are facing today, remember this, your circumstances do not have the final say, your response does. Like Job, you may be tested, misunderstood, or endure painful seasons, but no trial can take away your God-given ability to choose faith over fear, hope over despair, and trust over doubt.

Choose to trust God even when you cannot trace His hand. Choose to stand when everything around you is falling apart. Your pain may be real, but so is God’s faithfulness.

As Job declared, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” (Job 13:15, NKJV)

And God reminds us:

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)

Your trial is not the end of your story. Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep choosing God. The same God who sustained Job will strengthen you, restore you, and bring you into a testimony that will glorify His name.

“One thing I truly love about Kaestrings’ songs is how they lift your spirit and draw you into God’s presence. His music creates an atmosphere of worship that makes prayer feel natural and sincere. Even on days when I struggle to find the words to pray, simply listening to his songs becomes a prayer in itself.

What amazes me most is that although many of his songs are sung in Hausa—a language I don’t understand—I still feel every word in my spirit. That’s the beauty of worship inspired by the Holy Spirit: it goes beyond language and speaks directly to the heart.

Among all the songs in the RAHAMA album, “More” remains one of my absolute favorites. Every time I listen to it, my hunger for God grows stronger, and I’m reminded that there is always more of His presence, His love, and His grace to experience.

May God continue to bless Kaestrings and use his ministry to draw countless hearts closer to Him. “More” Video by @kaestrings is out on YouTube.

Motivational Reflection for the Week

Every day, we tend to complicate life with our worries, plans, fears, and uncertainties. Our minds become crowded with questions about tomorrow, regrets from yesterday, and concerns about things beyond our control.

Yet with Jesus, life becomes much simpler.

Each morning we wake up, our thoughts may be scattered and our hearts burdened. We may feel overwhelmed by doubt, anxiety, or disappointment. But if we pause for a moment and remember what truly matters, everything begins to fall into place.

Our greatest responsibility each day is not to have all the answers, solve every problem, or control every outcome. It is simply to worship God, give thanks to Him, and trust Him with our lives.

When we put God first, His peace calms our fears, His wisdom guides our decisions, and His grace carries us through every challenge. The things that seem impossible become manageable because we are no longer carrying them alone.

This week, choose gratitude over worry, faith over fear, and trust over anxiety. Start each day by acknowledging God, and let Him take care of the rest.

“Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” — Matthew 6:33

Have a blessed and victorious week ahead.

In 2025, I attended the NSPPD Prayer Conference in Atlanta. During one of the worship sessions, Pastor Nat began singing a song that deeply touched my soul. The melody, the atmosphere, and the presence of God were so powerful. Although I didn’t understand all the lyrics because part of the song was sung in Hausa, I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

After the conference, I reached out to a good friend and asked for help identifying the song. To my surprise, the song was “Rahama” by Kaestrings.

Little did I know that discovering that one song would open a whole new world of worship for me. Through Kaestrings’ music, I was introduced to Apostle Selman’s teachings and the Koinonia Global worship team, including ministers like David Dam and others.

Songs such as Rahama, Tare, and Godiya Gareka are not just songs—they are heartfelt prayers wrapped in worship. They carry a depth of gratitude, mercy, and intimacy with God that has blessed my spiritual journey tremendously.

So, friends, @kaestrings has just released a new album! Please take a moment to stream it on Spotify and be blessed. You may discover, just as I did, a deeper dimension of worship and God’s mercy.

And @kaestrings, whenever I finally get to meet you, you’ll have to explain how you made me fall in love with the Hausa language like this! 😁❤️

Two years have passed since I lost my beloved mother, yet it still feels like yesterday: the pain, the memories, and the longing never truly go away.

My mother was more than a parent to me. She was my hero, my backbone, my greatest supporter, my prayer warrior and one of the strongest influences in my life. Her love, wisdom, and sacrifices continue to guide me every day, even in her absence.

There are moments when I find myself asking God why she had to leave so soon, why I had to say goodbye before I was ready. But then I remind myself that El-Elyon’s plans are greater than our understanding, and His ways remain a mystery to us.

Though my heart still aches, I choose to be grateful for the years, the love, and the memories we shared. I thank God for the privilege of being called your child.

Mom, you may be gone from my sight, but you will never be gone from my heart. Your legacy lives on through the lives you touched and through the values you instilled in me.

Continue to rest in perfect peace, Mom. You are deeply loved, greatly missed, and forever remembered. 🕊️❤️

In everything, thank you Jesus by @chukwunekeike
