My paintings based on the 1987 graffiti yard shots of @guscoralphoto are on show throughout the month of May, to coincide with Brighton Festivsl/Artists Open month @cooperscask . But this Saturday night, the 9th, is the last chance to catch me in person. I’ll also be DJing, in the good company of @dankind0209 & @poetry_in_mo_sean aka DJ Askew. There will also be DJ nights on the following 2 Saturdays, with the last, 23rd, curated by myself but not in attendance. So come on down, this Saturday and wish me a Bon voyage before I join the international jet set for the rest of the year, the nomadic life has called😉✈️😁 by @chum101tds

I’ve been SO busy, since getting back to the UK, prepping to put my life in storage, before going travelling, that I haven’t stopped to post these! First clip is my housemate Andy and his friend Dina (Old School Covent Garden Crew🙌) installing the show, while I was abroad, bless them, for such a fine job. Second is the Opening Party on Saturday 2nd, including my brother @ollieteeba on the ones n twos👊 we also had sets from @susanslegpolicy @robeuroh and @wellfed_ears 😉 Next stop Saturday 9th, 9pm-1am, including; @dankind0209 @poetry_in_mo_sean @wellfed_ears and more tbc by @chum101tds

Finally THE DAY approaches. Some of my @guscoralphoto based canvases seeing the light of day! DJ line up all in place, including my brother @ollieteeba gracing the decks, following opening sets by @susanslegpolicy @ricecube99 and @robeuroh 🔊 🔊 Don’t miss any of these, as they’ll all be 🔥 and due to double booking our DJ’s just run from 1:30pm til 7:00pm now, not til closing, although the venue is open til 1am. I’m proud of this paintings and quite a moment going public with them, come share it with me ✊ Be there, let’s make it a memorable day🙏 by @chum101tds

Exciting news incoming! This is kind of a test run soft launch, to grow to the next step, as it’s only a tiny venue. Regardless, I’m finally bringing some of my paintings of the 1987 nighttime graffiti yard action shots of @guscoralphoto out into the cold light of day. They’ll be on show @cooperscask through Brighton Festival/ Artists Open Houses month. Will be a killer DJ line up as the soundtrack. Watch this space for further details. Small spot , so good to know who can come when. Especially re@ligning up a daytime for out of towners, being the rest will be evenings. Alongside @vegarocksone Debug Stan BSE and @the_banker_pauldonsmith Sorry for the long distance shot but had to be taken from outside the fence as it was locked (never took shots on the day 🤦🏻‍♂️) by @chum101tds

Saturday actually got out and painted at Tarnerland, for @sinnaone ‘s birthday, being the sun was shining n all. Alongside @pixie.london and @rainbowsnot I didn’t like what I painted, the letters were too skinny, liked the sketch better. My opinion got slightly upgraded when I changed the drop shadow to 3D. Not best but at least I finally broke my cherry for the year. Oh and it seemed appropriate, painting alongside Sinna’s Badger character, to ask him to drop a Mole over my piece. I then added Three Years Gone and Guy floater letters to remember our dear friend Guy “Moler” Maberly, who we lost 3yrs and a couple of weeks ago🙏Respect 🙏Is🙏Paramount by @chum101tds

RIP Peta. Think I first met Peta through @jadellzee over 30 odd years ago, at one of the Unity Jams I went to, maybe the one pictured, ‘97, but I suspect an earlier one. Remember so many hilarious japes at festivals, messy nights around Brick Lane, Old St, Shoreditch, in that high n heady mid ‘90’s-mid 00’s era before any of us had kids.
