New short film @petemiceliart and I have been working on, and we have some BTS for you to enjoy. 😉 A special thank you goes out to the crew @melissaphillips702 for all their great work, including realistic makeup effects that were so good they caused a bit of a social media uproar on her Facebook page. lol As well as our favorite actor who already won us an award last year and is now jumping on a new project with us @markvanis.vosa. 25 tested everything. Confidence, patience, relationships, and belief in the work. There were long stretches where nothing moved, moments where it felt like starting over, and nights wondering if this path was asking too much. But we stayed. We kept showing up. We kept making the work, even when it hurt. Despite all the challenges, our film managed to win the Best Short award at the Dunwich Horror Festival. Endless gratitude to Pete, my creative partner, for sharpening the vision and never letting it coast. To Mark, finding you was the turning point, your performance raised the ceiling for all of us. And to my girlfriend, the heart behind this entire process, the constant belief when mine ran thin, the one willing to jump into any role, any task, at any hour, just to make sure the work survived. This doesn’t happen without you. This win belongs to the people who stayed when it was hard. Here’s to 2026 being better than this year. by @chunkdude
