🎃🧡 Carving Out Our Feelings at CHW! 🧠✨

Who knew pumpkins could help us express our emotions? 🎨🎃

At Command Health and Wellness, our youth explored the importance of mental health through a fun and creative pumpkin painting and carving activity! 💚

As we painted, carved, and created, we encouraged our kids to express their feelings, practice patience, build confidence, and understand that every emotion deserves to be acknowledged. 💭❤️

Mental health doesn’t always have to be a serious conversation. Sometimes, healing, growth, and self-expression happen through creativity, laughter, and a little pumpkin fun! 🍂🎨

At CHW, we’re planting seeds of emotional wellness, one activity at a time! 🌱💚

🍪💗 Working Through the Dough: Sweet Treats & Life Lessons! 👻🧙🏽‍♀️

Our CHW girls got their hands a little messy while learning some valuable life lessons! 💕

During our “Working Through the Dough” mental health group, we explored the importance of decision-making, understanding consequences, and recognizing how our choices shape our outcomes. 🧠✨

Just like baking, life is all about the ingredients we choose! Every decision we make can lead to a different outcome, and learning to pause, think, and make positive choices is an important part of growing emotionally and mentally. 💪🏽💖

To add a little spooky fun, our girls baked their very own witch finger cookies! 🧙🏽‍♀️🍪 Who knew mental wellness could be so deliciously creepy? 👻

At Command Health and Wellness, we’re creating safe spaces where girls can express themselves, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and learn through hands-on experiences. 💕

Sweet treats, spooky fingers, and powerful life lessons! 💗

💜 Making Memories With Friends 🎯⛳🍦🍽️

At Command Health and Wellness, we believe mental wellness includes getting out, having fun, building friendships, and experiencing new things! Our youth enjoyed exciting field trips filled with laser tag, mini golf, ice cream stops, and restaurant outings! 🥳

These moments give our youth opportunities to practice social skills, teamwork, communication, confidence, and positive peer connections—all while making memories they’ll never forget. 💕🧠

Because sometimes supporting mental health looks like laughing with friends, trying something new, and simply having FUN! 💜✨

🎨💗 Sip. Paint. Express. Empower.

Our Teen Girls Sip & Paint at Command Health and Wellness was about so much more than creating beautiful art. It was a safe space for our girls to relax, express themselves, connect with one another, and simply enjoy being young. 🌸✨

Creative activities like painting can encourage self-expression, mindfulness, confidence, and healthy ways to manage emotions. Every brushstroke was a reminder that their feelings matter, their voices deserve to be heard, and taking care of their mental wellness is always important. 🧠💕🎨

At CHW, we’re creating spaces where our youth can heal, grow, connect, and have FUN while doing it! 💕

☀️💚 Slime time = Smile time! 💚☀️

Who knew something so gooey could be so good for growing minds? Today at summer camp, our campers got their hands messy making slime—and their brains got a healthy workout too! 🧪✨

Creating slime helps children build patience, improve focus, strengthen problem-solving skills, and express their creativity in a fun, stress-free way. The sensory experience can also promote emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and encourage positive social interactions as campers work together and share ideas.

At Command Health and Wellness, we believe learning and behavioral health can be fun! Every squish, stretch, and swirl is helping our campers build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills while making unforgettable summer memories.

💚 Happy kids. Healthy minds. Endless fun!

Teamwork makes the dream work! 🎨✨ Today we played Pass the Paper, where everyone had 1 minute and 30 seconds to add their own creative touch before passing it to the next person. By the end, each group had turned a blank sheet into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, proving that when we work together, amazing things happen! 💙🖍️ by @chwprp
