My new pics made me feel like it was time for a little reintroduction 🥰 It also allowed me to reflect a little…. I see so much change in myself over recent years, so proud of myself for taking the chances, following the nudges and ready to actually make the changes - taking it out of the mind and into action. This is just a very small part of my story and of me - and I’m still learning and on the journey. Because of this I love creating space for others to also join me on this journey of curiosity! Thanks for being here and if we haven’t yet met, I hope to see you someplace along the way 🌀💖🦋 Pics by the fabulous @soleirstories ☺️ #lifecoach #reikienergyhealing #melbourneevents #irishinmelbourne #womenscircle by @ciara_mcmahon__
Ever wondered about the differences between life coaching, therapy/counselling and mentoring? Let's break it down! 🔹 Coaching: Think of a life coach as your co-pilot on the journey of personal development - for the present and future you. They will empower you to set and achieve goals and create a change in any are of your life. 🔹 Counselling : A counsellor offers a safe space to explore your past, traumas, emotions and challenges. They specialise in addressing mental health concerns and helping you heal and grow through therapeutic techniques. 🔹 Mentoring: A mentor is like a seasoned guide who shares their wisdom and experience. They provide industry-specific advice and guidance, helping you navigate your professional path with insights and expertise. So, whether you're seeking to achieve personal goals, receive career advice, or work through emotional hurdles, there's a support just for you. Choose the path that aligns with your needs and aspirations! Which support option resonates with you the most? And of course - If you are interested or curious about working with a Coach, drop me a message or book one of my FREE 15minute calls to chat more - link in my bio. 🔗⬆️ #LifeCoaching #Mentoring #Counselling #EmpowermentJourney #coaching #lifecoaching #Coaching #LifeCoach #CoachingwithCiara #Growth #Transformation #energy #lifebattery #recharge #boundaries #worklifebalance #career #habits #lifechanges #goals #goalsetting #personaldevelopment #selfdevelopment #motivation #dreams #aims #journey #mindset by @ciara_mcmahon__
Today marks Bealtaine here in Melbourne and across the Southern Hemisphere. The Celtic Year begins in the dark at Samhain, today being marked in Ireland and the Northern Hemisphere. This is where Halloween comes from! Bealtaine is a beautiful festival celebrating the move into the summer, the light part of the year and the fun, action and energy this season brings! The energy of Bealtaine stays with us for about 6weeks, so maybe save these journal prompts to come back to throughout the season. 🌸 #celticyear #reiki #bealtaine #samhain #irishinmelbourne by @ciara_mcmahon__

What if you gave yourself one evening to put the world down and come back to you? To be in a space where you can simply be yourself, meditate, journal, receive Reiki Healing, share stories and connect with other women who are on their own journeys. Because sometimes, all we need is a little space to come home to ourselves, and the reminder that we don’t have to do it all alone. ❣️ #reikihealingenergy #fullmooncircle #stkilda #melbourneevents #meditation by @ciara_mcmahon__
My next event is Connect Under the Full Moon on Saturday 24th October at 6:30pm at St Kilda Beach. Like honestly how beautiful is nature! Next time you’re walking to the tram, or shop or on your way to work, slow down a little and have a look around at what Mother Earth has given us 🤩😍 #reiki #nature #lifecoach #irishinmelbourne by @ciara_mcmahon__
I sent some thoughts to my email community this week and received some really lovely feedback, so grateful and so glad it seemed to resonate. 🥰 It’s all about change and the power of making small changes in your life which lead to the bigger changes. Most of our life changes don’t come about like next day delivery, but start with 1% is always better than not starting at all. If you are interested in receiving a copy let me know and I can send it on 💖 #lifecoach #irishinmelbourne #reiki #connection #empowerment by @ciara_mcmahon__
Another beautiful and brilliant woman building her brand 👌🏼 Ciara brought great vibes (and percy pigs hehe), a strong vision and the best laughs to our Brand Content Day. 🌸 It's so inspiring to be in the same circle as women like Ciara, who work bloody hard, invest in themselves and stay true to their values throughout! ❤️ by @ciara_mcmahon__
A message to the woman comparing yourself to others Remember we often don’t see the roots - the beginning, messy middle, the knock backs , the pivots, or the restarting We usually only see the finished product or the parts someone wants us to see. Give yourself the time to embrace your roots and the blossoming will be even better! 🌸🌻🪾 #lifecoach #irishinmelbourne #reiki #healing #womeninspiringwomen by @ciara_mcmahon__
