GOD DID THAT ✝️🕊️

On Saturday night, I became a 3x Emmy Award-winning Journalist. What was more special than anything else was spending the evening with my San Diego familia.

God blessed me when he put me in San Diego. I am grateful for this community, my friends who became family and the opportunity to live out my God-given purpose on this Earth.

Telling people’s stories is all I ever wanted to do. I won this Emmy alongside several talented people for sharing my own. Thank you to everyone involved.

I hope EVERY little Chicana or Latina knows their culture is a blessing and honors it with all their heart. taken in San Diego, California by @ciaraencinas

Better late than never, right? I forgot to update everyone on a little career milestone.

I have a new title ✨Weather Anchor✨

You can catch me on Good Morning San Diego weekday mornings from 5-10am. The GMSD team is like family. They are the best part of this new chapter.

You’ll still be able to catch me from time to time on Fox 5 reporting & filling in. I can’t turn my back on my first love which is reporting. So, I plan to continue putting together stories as much as I can. Most of those stories will be on our military.

God is good! Love you, San Diego! taken in San Diego, California by @ciaraencinas

The USS Abraham Lincoln returns to San Diego tomorrow. In an exclusive sit down with a leader of the U.S. Navy’s 3rd Fleet, I learned how challenges were overcome and what’s in store for the long awaited homecoming. Here is a snippet of the conversation.

You can hear more tonight on @kusinews & @fox5sandiego. You’ll hear the full conversation on Beyond the Military Saturday at 7 p.m.

Happy 85th birthday to the BEST Tots in the whole wide world.
What better way to celebrate than with a surprise party with familia traveling in to celebrate our patriarch? They don’t make ‘em like my Tots anymore so this is the least we can do to say, “thank you.” God, thank you for blessing me with a grandfather who taught me to persevere, be humble and shoot for the stars. I wouldn’t be who I am without my Tots. taken in Phoenix, Arizona by @ciaraencinas

MOST LOVING BIRTHDAY PUG 🎉

Today my baby turns 10! Life has truly transformed since I was blessed with my Fitz. My heart is so grateful for the joy he’s brought my family and me but also a little sad that the baby puggy I held in my arms is all grown up. Mama loves you, always. by @ciaraencinas
