So grateful for the opportunity to sing O’Canada at this year’s @cfl Kickoff!

I’ll be back to sing O’Canada again for the @hamiltontigercats on Sunday, July 5th when they face off against the Winnipeg Blues Bombers! 🏈🇨🇦

There’s a song inside you — let’s find it together. 🎶

I’m welcoming new voice students right now. Whether you’ve never sung a note or you’re returning to a voice you’ve quieted for years, an Introductory Lesson is a low-pressure way to explore your sound and see if we’re a good fit — no experience necessary.

My approach blends classical training (opera, Guildhall School of Music & Drama) with Emotionally Integrated Voice Technique so it’s as much about finding your true expression as it is about technique.

A night of release, renewal and deep rest. 🌕✨

On Thursday, August 27th, join me at The Unity Studio for a special Lunar Eclipse Sound Healing.

A lunar eclipse is a powerful time to pause, reflect and release what no longer belongs in the next chapter of your life. Through crystal bowls, voice, vibration and intentional sound, we will create space to soften the nervous system, quiet the mind and journey inward.

Come exactly as you are. You don't need to do anything — simply lie back, receive and allow the sound to carry you.

Your voice is so much more than something that comes out of your mouth.

Before anyone else hears your voice, you feel it.

Every sound you make creates vibration through your own body first. That is why humming naturally calms the nervous system. Why chanting has existed across cultures for thousands of years. Why one sustained note can sometimes unlock emotion that words never could.

For me, this has become one of the most profound discoveries of my life’s work.

We often think singing is about performance. About getting the notes right. About sounding “good.”

But what if your voice was designed to support your wellbeing first?

Inside The Song Inside, we explore both the science and the art of the voice. You’ll learn healthy vocal technique while also discovering how sound can become a powerful practice for regulation, expression and healing.

This isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about coming home to the voice that has always been yours.

✨ The Song Inside is a 5-day immersive training in Voice & Sound Healing for singers, facilitators, wellness practitioners and anyone longing to reconnect with themselves through sound.

For a long time, I thought my voice was simply something I used to perform.

Then life changed.

In one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever walked through, I discovered that singing wasn’t just about creating something beautiful—it became a way to breathe, to regulate my nervous system, to process grief, and to slowly find my way back to myself.

That experience changed not only how I relate to my own voice, but how I teach.

The Song Inside was born from the intersection of over 25 years of vocal training and a deep exploration into the healing power of sound. It brings together vocal technique, nervous system awareness, breathwork and sound healing, because I believe our voices are meant for so much more than performance.

Whether you dream of singing on stage, writing songs, leading sound healing, or simply feeling more confident expressing yourself, your voice matters.

I don’t believe we’re here to become someone else.

I believe we’re here to remember who we are.

And sometimes, that journey begins with a single note. 🤍

✨ Enrollment for The Song Inside is now open. If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull to reconnect with your voice, I’d love to welcome you.

One of the best parts of singing at events like this is getting to share the experience with the people I love. ❤️

So grateful that Oscar, his good buddy Liam (who was Oisín’s best friend 🙏🏻❤️), and Liam’s mom came out to cheer me on. Nothing beats seeing familiar faces in the crowd.

A memorable day, a thrilling game, and lots of smiles. Feeling pretty lucky and super grateful . 🏈🎤✨ by @ciarajaneadams

✨ What an incredible experience singing O Canada for the CFL on Sunday in the Hammer! 🇨🇦🏈

A huge thank you to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for having me. 🐯❤️ And what a game! The Ticats led almost the entire way before a heartbreaking finish in the final 21 seconds.

Every time I step onto a field or stage, I’m reminded how much I love bringing people together through music. Live performance always comes with its own unique challenges, and every experience is another opportunity to grow as an artist.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead. Here’s to more music, more moments, and more opportunities to share my voice. 🎤✨

✨What is waiting to be expressed inside of you?✨

🎶What’s your heartsong? ❤️

Or

🎭 What haven’t you done yet?

Travel | Music | Art | Cooking | Sports

There’s a world of options.
For me, it’s my music. Not for fame, not for fortune, not as a big career move, but simply as an expression of self. As a response to life, love, loss and a place to be fully me.

Why now?
My grief has shifted just enough
I’m ready to be seen again
I love being a mentor, sound healer and facilitator.

But as an artist- I’m free, and I want to begin to share how my experience has transformed me. 🦌✨

So grateful for all that is 🙏🏻🎶
